Employees at store are fantastic. And thats about all the good I can say. Order lenses, 2 weeks late they arrive and one of the lenses is not sitting in the frame properly. They try, but cannot fix it in-store so they have to send it back to the lab. 2 weeks later they come in again. I come back a couple of times to get the frames tweeked for fit to my face. Lens cracks while they are doing that. They send it to the lab on a "rush". That was August 12. As of Sept 2 they are telling me itll be another 10 days. What a joke! The offer me a free pair, the upgrade the lens material. Nice, but really all I want is my glasses. 3 orders. 2 months. No glasses. Incompetence. Dont do business with Clarkson.

Given a lot of attitude from staff upon walking in the door. Doctor visit left a lot to be desired. Took forever to get someone to help us even though there was plenty of staff. Were told that our glasses would be 7-10 days (12 business days later and still no glasses AND they had no idea when the glasses would be in). All around an awful experience. Needless to say, we cancelled the glasses and went to LensCrafters. Had new glasses that were just as nice (and less expensive) in ONE HOUR!!

I have never had to waste any time to be seen..When I had my eye lid sliced open, I was seen by a DR. two minutes after I came through their door. They stopped the bleeding and sent me to an ER, calling for me in advance, where the wound was stitched up. If they are this good for an eye wound I just imagine how good and attentive they will be to your other eye care needs!
