The staff is horrible very rude and unpleasant Im sure the doctor is aware her staff is causing her low ratings. Everyone cant be making this up there is a serious problem. Therefore, Dr. Windell Boutte is accountable for the way her hired staff treat clients. There is no way this ghetto business will get my money I work hard for or will I allow my life in their hands . They lack business ethics and are unprofessional. Isha, Shontell, and the rest of those hood workers. They will change voices pretending to be someone else. After speaking to them they will say you never spoke to them. Just a bunch of nonsense.

Service sucks and wait time in lobby was horrible! Plan on spending all day there waiting to be seen. No matter what time your appt. is, you will be there all day! But dont you be late or you may be charged a fee! Close family member had sevice here along with some service done to her that she didnt want, nor even discussed! So the horror story of what she went thru, made me cancel my appointment with them. Bad customer service, bad attitudes and bad service! We tried to like them but the bad service was overwhelming! You have been warned!

Due to me undergoing further correction treatment with another physician I cannot go into much detail but I definitely will be back to UPDATE full review regarding my visit with Windell Davis-Boutte and staff .......... what do you a doctor that graduates at the top of their class and the bottom of their class have in common???????

I traveled 300 miles to see Dr. Boutte. I had been looking for an African American dermatologist in Florida and found none. It was a sheer delight to bee seen by Dr. Boutte. Shes courteous, pleasant and most of all she knows what shes talking about. She took her time to explain my condition. I felt much more informed and at ease when I left her office. Her staff is professional too. It was worth traveling the miles.

I traveled from Albany, GA to visit Premiere. I was seen by the PA, Ashley McGuire! She was absolutely AMAZING in terms of her knowledge of my skin issues and ability to educate me on how to treat my condition. I read some of the negative reviews but I must say to anyone looking for subject matter experts in skin conditions, dont take my word....TRY THEM FOR YOURSELF

Horrible experience! Staff was unprofessional. I inquired about fillers for the nasal labia folds, Dr Boutte suggested injections in cheeks and other places that absolutely did not need it! That was enough to scare me, I have NOT been back since. On Kudzu many patients had horrible experiences with her and her staff.

Unprofessional!! Refuses to give my money back. Next step is to Sue!!!! If youre even slightly thinking about going here change your mind. Read the reviews on several websites. Everybody cant be wrong. I wish I had done the same before scheduling an appointment. Please save your self some time and money.

When I met you, I knew you were the right Dermatologist for me and I dont mind driving the >60 mile distance to be one of your patients. I will see you in surgery this Wed for my Lipo.
