This office is just so-so. Ive seen 2 doctors here, plus one of their PAs, over the last couple of years. The medical advice I was given differed quite a bit, depending on which provider I saw. Visits were generally short, and I didnt always get all my questions answered. One month they forgot to call in my prescription entirely. Another time they called it in to the wrong pharmacy. On the plus side, I felt like they did remedy their mistakes quickly, and I found the staff to be generally friendly. They were also flexible and accommodating in my need to find the best price on my medications, since my insurance would not cover them. I stayed with this practice over the course of treatment for the particular issue I was having, but Im not sure I will go back if I have another dermatological issue in the future.

This place has the worst staff we have ever seen ! if you dont like to deal with costumers WHY would you get a job where you need to work with patients ???. I got there after i received a reminder this morning on my email . When I arrived they told me that the called on june 29th to cancel my appointment !! Like what?? I did not get any message from them and then why would your system send me a reminder this morning ! The staff was the worst. They even told me they have too many patients to follow up with them and they could not do anything about it. We will never ever go back there . Avoid the frustration of waiting 1 hour with a very unprofessional staff so never come her !!!

Stopped in 10/25 and saw Physical Assistant R Douglas for a serious skin rash from wearing costume jewelry. My chest, neck and face were swollen, red and I was in pain. My meds were called in but to my disappointment I was told by the Publix pharmacy that several messages were left with R Douglas but they had not received a return call. I even left a message. I reported into work for a health insurance company (by the way I sit outside the Medical Directors office) she took one look at me and was surprised I was not given a steroid shot to relieve the swelling and pain. I found myself at the urgent care clinic.

After my first visit, the office sent me a survey and I was concerned because my prescriptions ended up being more than I could afford and also while I was there I felt a bit rushed. However today, Tiffany, called me and got all my prescriptions figured out. So now I will be able to get all my medication/creams at little to no cost! She literally made my day! I was stressing over how I was going to be able to afford everything. She took time of her busy day to help me get everything figured out. I would 100% recommend this place to someone because of Tiffanys assistance!

Dr. Rhea Douglas would not see me after I was 10 minutes late due to the bad wheather and accident on 285. This was my third time in the office and there is a wait time of at least 10 to 15 minute in the waiting room prior to being seen. No one took in considerations that i drove a hour to get there because of the 85 bridge detour. This was my first time being late. I will NEVER return.

I could not be less impressed with any doctors office. The front desk girls are extremely rude, which I had just looked past. But, then I got really sick with the flu just before an appointment, and I cancelled it (more than 24 hours before my appointment). A week later, I was billed for "not making appointment". Completely unacceptable!!!

I love this dermatology office. They have always been really helpful in scheduling appointments around my work schedule, and at the last minute when needed. I havent met a doctor there I dont like! Ive been going there for 2 years, and I visit often to care for my psoriasis, and generally sensitive skin.

This was my first time going to this location. There was a lot of people in there. I thought the wait would be long. IT WASNT. I was in and out less than a hour. The staff is amazing definitely recommend this place to EVERYONE.

I had my first visit today and I will have to say that this was the best Dr. visit ever . Everyone was very friendly and professional . It could not have gone any better .
