I went to an appointment for a recheck scheduled by the Richmond Office. Apparently this office doesnt accept medicade, which the receptionist said in a belittling, snooty way and had no explanation as to why. I took me lunch break to come to this appointment, therefore all I got for lunch that day was a nature valley snack bar. It baffles me that the other office sent me there knowing what insurance I had and even more so why someone changes their interaction with you because of that and treat you like scum if you dont have the ability to pay insurance and are lucky enough to have assistants to help out. I was absolutely enraged and disappointed in mankind!! If there was an option to pick zero stars I would award them that. I will never go there and will make sure anyone I know doesnt go there.

Every time that I go to Cosmetic Specialists they make me feel very comfortable and I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful. They genuinely care about my skincare goals and I never feel rushed. I saw Ashley Sutton PA-C and she did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. I have also seen other providers in their office and they all have outstanding bedside manner and I can tell that they strive to make their patients happy and ecstatic before they leave the office. I love Cosmetic Specialists and their expert care, they 100% deserve 5 starts and their experience is far higher than other medspas in the area!

Kentucky Dermatology and Cosmetic Specialists do amazing work! I have had their laser hair removal, Dysport, and Botox with them and each time they are super great. I have had other laser hair removal things done before they did not work as well. This place you can definitely tell has the best laser out there. When I tell people I have had botox and dysport done they are shocked because they cant tell - it just looks soooo natural. Love it!! :) :D

The girls that work there are wonderful and I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked through the door up until the time I left. It was practically painless and I cant believe how much of a difference it made with my wrinkles. I will be back and will recommend them to all of my friends!

My wife had 3 moles surgically removed and ended with a cyst from the surgery. They prescribed a medicine that was $160 for a small tube after insurance. So now she has a cyst on her face. They created the problem but wont help her take care of it. BEWARE!!
