I had a terrible experience with the W. Peachtree office in Atlanta. Coming in as a new patient I had questions about a peel and called to speak with the esthetician. She told me to go back to the office that I came from. After hearing this I called back to speak with the office manager who encouraged me to make an appointment to come in to see the doctor first before seeking information about peels or lasers. When I came in this office charges 68.00 up front for all new patients before billing your insurance which makes no sense and they did not tell me that until I arrived. After speaking with the front desk clerk she said I did not have to see the doctor and could just make an appointment directly with the esthetician and could have the laser tech call me. I said fine so therefore she scheduled the appointment with the esthetician. I then received a phone call the next day from the same office manager telling me this could not happen and she was going to cancel my appointment. I will never go back to this location again.

Ive had positive experiences here and have been multiple times. The staff is super friendly and professional. They offer an acne "surgery" (I think of it more like an acne facial) where an estetician goes through and removes all acne from your face and does a deep clean. Thats been cool. The doctors are very, very efficient when doing visits, so its a plus if you want to be in and out quickly, but can be a con if youre looking for a more slowed down, chit-chatty experience. The photo Im attaching is of the zen-like waterfall you look at while having the acne surgery.

The midtown office is in a rickety old house, it gives the appearance of an unprofessional environment and it is. Less than pleased with services received there, this place might be OK for some skin creme but I wouldnt trust them with more than that.

Becareful of Eureka. Shes pretty darn rude and ultimately dismissive of anyone and everyone she encounters. If you can make it past her, and the long wait (I waited 90 minutes since they lost my appointment), youll be greeted by friendly staff.

Dr. Clay administered my dysport and my wrinkles are gone! Great visit, she was very efficient, caring and attentive. I love the office and the great space!

They ask you to pay a deposit even though you have a good insurance and you are fully covered. Thats just stupid. Just a wast of time.
