Went back for 2nd visit and was mistreated by Lou Anne. Lou Anne came into the room fussing about the medications she gave me. Saying she gave me medication in February and I said its March. While we are talking im texting my Son. She asks me what are you doing, comes over to reach for my phone. I said texting my Son, Lou Anne tells get off the phone and im wasting her time. I told Lou Anne im 50 years old dont talk to me like that and my insurance is paying you. We go back and forth and I decide to walk out because at this point there is nothing Lou Anne can do for me. I report it to the office staff. I then call about a recommendation and i wanted to make sure someone wpuld speak to Lou Anne and was told by Sheila that she is the office manager and she heard everything i said. I asked if Lou Anne will be addressed all Sheila could say is that she was sorry. To me that means Lou Anne wont be addressed about her behavior and Sheila will sweep it under the rug. U told Sheila that said Thank you and Goodbye. Bad behavior by so called Professionals should be addressed. Im not sure if Lou Anne was upset because I figured out how to treat myself or what but I will never go back. Since Sheila does not want to address this a complaint will be filed with insurance company.
