I love the Cincinnati Dermatology Center. For the last few weeks, I have been getting some minor acne on my face. When it didnt go away I tried an over the counter gel. The day after I used the gel, I awoke to red, swollen face that was itching all over. I called the office and they got me in within hours. The doctor gave me one prescription and told me to get a different over the counter face wash. Within 2 days it was feeling much better but they had me come in to make sure it was on the right track. It is now a week later and you would never know my face was ever broke out. These doctors are fantastic. Even my husband goes there now!

Awful experience. They want 150 dollars if you dont give them your credit card for them to keep on file while they are in network and fully covered by my insurance. I have come here previously and on one occasion they told me something was covered by my insurance when it wasnt without checking and charged me for their mistake. After that I set up another appointment for a Monday and I canceled on the Friday before, giving them ample time, but they charged me a 50 dollar cancelation fee. I have yet to have a decent experience there despite giving them multiple chances, I will not be going again and advise against it to anyone else.

I have been a patient at Cincinnati Dermatology Center for over two years. Everything about the facility is top notch! I generally see Hope for procedures and have always been thrilled with the results! The staff is always more than helpful, not only with timely scheduling and return calls, but also very knowledgeable with the procedures and products. I have been to several other facilities in the past and have never been nearly as satisfied. I have and will continue to refer anyone looking for excellent cosmetic results to Cincinnati Dermatology center!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a doctor, its a complete scam I spent hundreds of dollars diagnosing a rash, I was left with a scar from biopsy and tried countless medications they prescribed, they refused to refer me to another doctor, and immedialty become rude when you mention money at all. All of this and my 16 year old brother diagnosed correctly I might add, my rash as soap deposits, so hundreds of dollars later and months of dealing with a rash, my brother did more than this business did, DO NOT GO HERE, ITS A SCAM!

I have seen most of her staff over the years and have found everyone to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and provide advice.
