No one told me when I scheduled the appointment that youd have to pay for parking. So that was a surprise. Also, the doctor was running an hour late and came into my appointment for about 5 minutes and then that was it. I paid a specialist copay and parking for 5 minutes with the doctor but was waiting for an hour. If I had been late they would not have seen me so I feel like my time was not of any value to them, I had left work for the appointment and was even 10 min early. I felt like the whole thing was a rush and although the care I needed may have been minimal they could have at least spent more time with me and maybe do a full evaluation and definitely not have run so behind. I get it, things happen but since my appointment was going to be short anyways they couldve quickly seen me at the time I was supposed to be seen. I dont think Ill be going back.

The two receptionists are very rude especially Natalia. She is extremely rude with an ill demeanor. I had a past visit in Nov 16 and she said my insurance didnt cover procedure. She requested $220 which I paid and then it was refunded because insurance covered. She requested the same amount again for my 2nd visit and I refused to pay. She said they wont see me again until pay. I called my insurance and they confirmed I didnt have to pay that. She does not check insurance correctly and has a terrible off putting attitude. I will say that Dr Weisman is extremely sweet and informative. I dont think she is aware of her front office attitude.

While I felt our (my children and myself) service was good while we were there, we received a bill afterwards that seemed very excessive for the procedure(s) that was performed. Make sure you know beforehand their fees! I will not be back!

Day Dreamt

I made my appointment for Friday 8am and when I got there I was told that they closed on Friday and my appointment is on Wednesday 1pm. Great. Just great.. like I would make an appointment in the middle of working day.. 0/10

Dr Jamie Wiseman is the best. The front desk are always so willing to help and they make it fun.
