Dr Krakow seems to know a good amount about skin, and i was treated very well by the doctor himself. But the staff and (possibly the drs policies) are offensive. I was asked to turn off my cell phone when waiting inside of the exam room for the doctor to show up. I have never been asked this, and i was not even on my phone at the time. But still the nurses insisted i turn off my phone, or stated by the nurse the doctor will not see me. Keep in mind i was not even using my phone at the time and simply disagreeing with the staff made them quite upset. Theres many other doctors out there without silly policies about cell phones while waiting to see the doctor.

Love that this a small office. We received great interaction with Dr Krakow and his staff.Highly recommend this office. My husband went recently and we will be using this office for all of our dermatology needs.
