Worst customer service Ive witnessed in a while. The reception didnt acknowledge us until 5 minutes after we had walked in, and even when they did, they treated us with such unprofession. The assistant took us to the room, and charted me. She was very sweet, but then left us for about 50 minutes in a small room playing incessant 70s/80s hits. No one came in to check on us. We were about to leave when the dermatologist came in. She didnt bother to apologize to us for the wait. She then presumed to give me "advice" that surely wasnt worth the 50 minute wait. I have tried many topical treatments, but she stuffed the samples in our face and gave us the prescription pad, and that was it. When we left the room, they didnt bother to tell us that the check out was on the other side; however, they did proceed to talk about our irritable attitudes in their small back room. Perhaps if the service wasnt so painfully awful, we would have had cheerful attitudes. This office seriously needs some improvement. Their customer service is crap, and so are their attitudes toward their customers. Do not waste a dime on this place.

I drove for over n hour to see this doctor for a consultation. She NEVER came in the room to see me. Rather her assistant took pictures of me and showed them to DR Hamilton and the poor assistant then struggled to tell me politely that I looked awful and there was nothing she could do for me. I was insulted! I felt sorry for the assistant to be put in such an uncomfortable position. I felt upset and insulted. I had to rate her on this site, but in reality I would give zero stars

Found skin cancer below my right eye. The Dr and staff were wonderful throughout the entire ordeal. Dr. Hamilton worked diligently on the area for removal and stitching. The area is barely noticeable even when I point it out!

This provider has an excessive wait time of 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours before you are taken to the back and then you still have to wait again for an unknown amount of time. Not worth it
