I saw the bad reviews (AFTER scheduling my appointment, actually), so I thought Id come on here and say something nice. Im grateful that these guys were able to get me a same-day appointment. I found Dr. Stonecipher to be very personable and a good communicator as he was able to answer all of my questions. I think the only thing that sucks is that they dont validate parking lol. But my appointment was at 1:15 and I was out by 2, so I didnt have to pay much at all. Also, my wait time was less than 15 minutes. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Dr. Stonecipher to my family and friends.

The doctors are great, its the desk staff (receptionist and nurses who are supposed to return calls) who are AWFUL. Ive literally been trying to get ahold of someone about my bloodwork and medication for WEEKS now and its impossible. I keep calling and leaving messages (because youre always directed to a voicemail, not a person) and no one returns them. This is not how customer service or Healthcare should be. Its dangerous and irresponsible. As soon as possible I will be transferring to another provider.

The doctors were ok, not great, but their office staff was terrible. I have been waiting for the nurse to verify the prescription with the insurance for 12 days. Every time I call, they transfer me to the nurse and I leave a voicemail and never hear back.

That is a really bad customer service. I asked for a statement for my appointment and the girl in the front desk didnt put any effort to give me it right away, i keep calling them back to ask for it and they dont send me.
