The receptionists/nurses are very caring and nice. However, the vets are pretty uncaring or not thorough with cats. I dont know why it is so dang difficult to find a vet in this city that likes cats. I took two cats to this vet in the last year and half. One cat they recommended putting it down because it was too feral for the vet to look at. The kitten got away from the vet and he wouldnt even assist me in trying to get the kitten who was hiding behind heavy equipment in the examination room. I refused to put the cat down and decided to take her to a vet a few cities away that knows how to deal with feral cats. They figured out what was wrong with her and told me how to help her recover. The cat quickly healed and now lives a very active life. The next time I had one of my cats here was actually a mistake on my brothers behalf. I recently took in a young kitten that had an a visible infection. My brother took this kitten in for me while I was at work. They didnt look at the kitten thoroughly, and just prescribed antibiotics for the apparent infection the kitten had. My brother gave her the medication, but it caused a really bad reaction that could have been avoided if the vet properly checked the kitten. As a result of this oversight, I ended up going to a different vet where my poor kitten had to have emergency surgery to remove the body part that was being affected. Because of this vet, I have to scrutinize any other vets that I choose to bring my pets to now.

This used to be a great place but the quality of care has gone down when it went under new management. The staff and the vets are kind however Ive found myself spending more for less or the same service. Every time I take a pet in, the vet always recommends blood work which is over $100 a pop. The animals results are always fine and in most cases the problem clears up with simple antibiotics (another $60). The previous owner could just look at the dog, take a temperature, Id spend $40 on meds, $10 for a visit, and be on my way. Now Im spending at least $200 per visit with very little answers for the same thing. For more complicated cases, after paying for multiple rounds of blood work and MRIs and meds that dont work or cause more issues, I get little to no answers about what could be wrong with my pet. The response I always get is to keep and eye on it and see what happens... When I end up finding more about my pets condition from the internet than a licensed professional, something isnt right. Im getting more frustrated with this place while watching my pets suffer with no answers. I refuse to take my new puppy here because Im trusting this place less and less. Ive been loyal to this facility for over 20 years and Im reluctant to go elsewhere but my pets health and happiness means more to me.

El peor lugar que he visita do, el dr. Cuando estaba yo explicandole el problema de mi perro, el solo veia su telefono ignorandome. A parte me dijeron que si el medicamento no hacia efecto se lo cambiarian por el mismo precio. Y como yo lo supuse el medicamento no hizo su efecto porque el dr. Nunca puso atención a lo que yo le explicaba...al llamarles me dijeron que no que no se hacian responsables por el medicamento y que si queria otro tendria que pagar....si el error fue del "doctorcito".. Mentirosos. Y el Dr. Y su ayudante tienen de veterinarios lo que yo tengo de astronauta. Pesimo servicio NO VALLAN los robaran.

Told me over the phone 20 bucks for a check up I was charged 40 dollars and all they did was take his temperature and poke him I could have done that at home. When I got there to run all the test I thought were included in the check up was all extra and they wanted 180 for one blood test when my nice doctors office not in the hood only wants 150 for all testing. Only came bc it was a Saturday. Basically just set your money on fire its the same as going here and they dont care about your dog because my dog is still screaming

Dr. Kim and his staff are amazing. My Chihuahua was sick with some sort of Flu. We went to other E.R Hospitals for our Dog but none of them had the type of Care / Customer Service that This Hospital Has. Dr. Kim Personal called Us to Give us Blood Work Results and we were thankful that he took the time too call us. Thank You Dr Kim & Staff You Saved Our Chihuahua =) Sincerely, The Robben Family

If you love your pet, this is the last place I would bring it. I took my dog in for a routine check up, she was in good shape went I took her in, and was near death when I picked her up. Not only did they almost kill her, but it cost me 400.00 dollars to get her back. As far as Im concerned, the whole experiance was borderline criminal. I would stay as far away from this place, as you can.

Dr. Kim and staff are the most caring people. I trusted them with my beagle from the time of first shots to when it was time to send her to doggie heaven. His staff helped make all the aftercare at her passing. Words can not give enough heartfelt thank you from my family and our beloved beagle Angel.
