I have been going to Valley Animal Hospital for over 10 yrs and I can not say anough good things about them. In 2008 my 4 yr old pit bull name King Koopa began to have seziures. Dr Dupree was great she was so caring and for the next four years my boy was in and out of the hospital with his seizures and other aliments. Koopa was my everything and they treated him like their own he recieved great care and not once did I ever not feel good about leaving him overnight. On Oct. 16th 2013 my boy had a massive seizure and I knew that our journey together was coming to an end I rushed him to her and she was more than just his vet she was our friend. I was over whelmed with pain she to knew we had done everything for him and so together with everyone that worked there we let our sweet boy go. She and her staff took his death as hard as our family did and that to me says alot. I will forever be greatful for how they helped me thru one of the most painful choices I ever had to make. They are and will always be apart of my family. I love all you at Valley Animal Hospital.

I recently just moved here from Indiana and was looking for a new vet to take my dogs to. Though I had what I considered to be a wonderful vet back home, I was excited to find one of the same quality out here in California. Upon entering the doors of Valley Animal Hospital, I was not impressed. The main reason for this was because of the customer service I received. I was the only person in the lobby, so its not like they were busy. One of the ladies behind the counter was extremely rude to me my entire time there. She didnt even assist me in helping get my 100lb+ dog on the scale, and expected me to do it on my own. I will say that though I didnt have Dr. Cox, I had a female vet that was great with my dog. She made light of a bad situation. However, when it was time to pay and leave, I was again treated very unprofessional at the front desk. I am a lady that is big on customer service and enjoys being made feel welcome. Valley Animal Hospital is not a place that seems to care about their customers.

Took my dog in march 2015 one of his nails had grown into his paws. They removed the claw from his paw. At the counter they told me we hoped you learned your lesson with this 150 dollar bill. Very rude. They also missed one nail. I asked how often do I have to bring him back for nail trimmings and they said it depends on the dog. So in December I brought him back because the one claw had grown into a circle. Not quite in his paw but it was obvious they had missed the nail from last time. My husband accompanied me this time and asked who was in charge. They told him what was the problem my husband proceeded to tell them they had missed one nail. Without even looking at the dog the lady interrupted him and said nails grow at different lengths. Then she told us she would get the manager. They took us in the back clipped the one nail and told us not to come back. With customer service like that I wont. Thank u

They are AMAZING!! we have been coming to them for the past year and I have never loved a vet as much as I love them. They helped us through kennel cough, through an eye scrach, a vaginal pollop, and knee surgery. The vets are VERY capable and so are the vet techs. The staff is friendly and for my two dogs there is no place I would take them. I love that their pricing is not ridiculous like some off the other places around. They try to give you great service and will even call you to check on your pet. The follow through is wonderful. I love they are willing to give you honest oppions even if it is... We could do the surgery, but I suggest we wait and see. I never leave feeling like we dont have a plan in place. And rechecks are less then my copay. Having delt with them through almost a whole knee replacement on one of my dogs. They are the only vet I will go to now. Hands down best vet ever.

I came to APV Hospital because of the reviews on Yelp. However, my experience was not as expected. The staff was pleasant over the phone both times I called and at the facility. My biggest issue was the wait time. I had a 430 appointment for my 2 nine week old puppies. We were told to show up 15m early for paper work and complied with this request. Unfortunately, no one came out to the check in station for 10m. There after I completed the required paperwork and wait, and wait, and waited. Our puppies couldnt relieve themselves anywhere because of the risk of parvovirus. So after a 30m drive to their facility and over an hour wait time there we had to leave without being seen. I am completely disappointed and have reaffirmed why we rather make the drive down to Rancho for our own medical needs but now out fur babies too

I love valley animal hospital! They are super nice and want to work with you and not shove things at you and make you feel like their options are the only ones. My brothers dog got parvo when he was 12 weeks old and after figuring it out the vet called us on her day off to ask how he was doing. I have never had a vet do that and that was awesome to see. Personally I have a cat that has asthma and before I knew what it was, they vet wanted to help me figure a way around getting an xray and tried other options before coming to that conclusion. They worked really well with my cat and she doesnt leave the house much and wasnt as freaked out as she could have been. I will always use this vet because their service is great, the vets and vet techs are friendly and they truely care about the animals.

This place was amazing. Dr. Wade was so nice to my dog and figured out she had meningitis. The other vets couldnt figure it out. I already emptied my bank giving my dog treatment at the over night hospital so I had no money. They used their Angel Fund to save my pup and gave her as much treatment as they could afford to give for free. I really need it and appreciate what they did for me. Im going to make a big donation to the Angel Fund as soon as I get my tax money. This is my new main vet. I trust these people. The only bad thing I can say about this place is it is small and only one doctors office. They need more facilities and equipment that I wish I could give them because they deserve it. They are doing great with what they have. Thank you guys so much!

The only reason Im giving two stars instead of one is because of the great service provided by the Dr. If it wasnt for her help, Id give my experience one star. First of all, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. In the two days following my appointment, I received 6 emails from them and it seems you cannot unsubscribe. Even when you call into the office and are assured that your email was removed, youll still get emails. And calling into the hospital is a test of your patience. Be prepared to be placed on hold for several minutes only to get hung up on. I came to this hospital because Rialto Animal Hospital did not have an open appointment that next day. I should have waited another day; they provide much better customer service than Valley.
