I took my six month old kitten here to be neutered and had the worst experience. After I brought him home from being neutered he went to the bathroom and his urine was filled with blood. Not a little but pure red. They told me it was from extending his bladder. I looked it up online and it said that they usually only extend females bladders before surgery. They were not understanding that I was very scared. I took him back the next day and they were very rude with me. They acted like he was just another stupid cat. They kept him for observation, then told me I could pick him up, that he was fine. Who knows if they even did anything. I had to ask them to give me antibiotics and they made me pay for them, even though it was their fault. His urine was red for a week after that, and he got sick from the medication! What kind of place is this?? I will never return! (P.S he is okay now.)

These are old school vets who care about helping animals. No computers, no fancy labs just old school medicine and hands on treatment. I had been to 3 other vets for dogs skin issues, each one was the same heres some antibiotic for infection steroids for itching. If doesnt get better in a few weeks come back wi run lab work and tests yo find cause $$$. Dr Hicks took one look sad sick dog and went to work skin scraping , looked and said yeast infection you need this and do this . Recheck 2 weeks to make sure we got it. All for less than the first visit of the others who only guesstimated on diagnosis . Dont be fooled by fancy offices , and family friendly waiting rooms or apply for vet credit here formes. Town & country gives you one on one attention, personal care and interaction and you dont have to choose between paying rent and helping your best friend

We interact often with the staff at Town & Country. I work at Ruff House Pet Resort and they are located around the corner from us so we take dogs to them that may need medication or treatment. It is nice that they arent run like a big company but more like a family business where they get to know all the customers and treat you personally. It is obvious that they are there to take care of animals and arent trying to make a huge profit by over charging for service. We have always had a great experience with them and we hear reviews from the community and many of their customers that love them!

I have taken my 2 year old dog there for check ups and vaccinations, and my 1 year old cat for vaccinations and to be spayed and have not had any problems. The vet who worked with us for my dog was very patient and didnt have that "jaded" vibe that a lot of other vets put off. He made sure to pet my dog and make her feel comfortable before starting the exam. Everyone is very friendly and this is definitely the place we will be going to in the future :)

We tried other area vets and the wait was long. This was reasonable. The staff gave alot of personal attention to our cat. The vet went to great lengths to tell us what to do, what the diagnoses might be and what our plan of action would be. He was not rushed or multi-tasking; which is so common these days. The spay/neuter fee is the lowest around and prescriptions seem to be reasonable as well. I would recommend highly!

It was sooo crouded there and it seemed like no one seemed to care. I was rushed through the whole process and the doctor didnt really diagnosed my cat. He then gave me random anibiotics to treat the symptoms. I wish i didnt have to pay $100 for nothing. Extremely expensive in my opinion!! Im NEVER GOING BACK!!!

This place is wonderful for spay/neuters. Ive been a patron for years. Best price anywhere, believe me, Ive looked! And its quality care, no chop shop. And the tech that runs the office is super efficient and super nice. I highly recommend.
