Animal Care Welness Center really cares! Dr. Di Carlo and his wonderful staff are knowledgeable, professional,caring and compassionate. Ive been taking my fur babies to Dr. Di Carlo and his staff for several years and they have always received the best care possible. Recently, my precious pup Yoshi had to stay at the facility for 48 hours to receive a special procedure. Dr. Di Carlo, his loving wife Niza and the passionate and dedicated staff made sure to make those difficult 48 hours much easier. The incredible staff took videos and pictures of my pup and sent them to me throughout his stay to let me know how he was doing. It was such a relief and joy to see my little guy receive so much individual affection. Having the loving staff members with him was a blessing. They played with him and gave him hugs and kisses. Just like at home. He was even taken on walks and was able to play in a nice safe enclosed patio. I was also allowed to visit and spend time with my pup during his stay. Its not always easy to leave a beloved pet in the care of others however, I am truly confident that my little guy was in the best care possible. Thank you to everyone at Animal Care Wellness Care Center, youre the best and I am grateful for your care.

We drove an hour from our home to this Vet because we needed someone who specialized in English Bulldogs. Our 3-year-old bulldog was having a lot of problems with her eyelids rolling into her eyes and scratching her corneas. We knew surgery was the only solution and brased ourselves for a huge bill. We found this place to be extremely clean and modern and staffed with genuine animal lovers. The office visit was very reasonable, only $ 39. Dr Troxel was fantastic. She entered the exam room and proptly sat on the floor and examined our dog from that position. We scheduled the surgery for 2 days later. We were surprised at how reasonalble the fee was. The Doc did a fabulous job on our dogs eyes and even touched them up a little more upon removal of the stitches when the swelling had gone down, no extra charge. I highly recommend this office. I wish it was closer to me because it would be the only place Id go if it was. Thank you Dr Troxel!!!!

We have been taking our pets (2 dogs and 2 cats) to Dr. jon for 5 years now. Like most people in Austin, we love our pets as if they were our children. Dr. jon is a wonderful vet - great with all of our pets and her love for animals is apparent. Over the years our pets have had various health issues and she has always explained our options thoroughly, answered all my questions, and worked with us to decide on the best options for us, factoring in the cost and effectiveness of treatment. While it might not be the least expensive vet office, I think it is comparable to other places we have gone and that you get what you pay for here.

These gentlemen came in to our Hospital under false pretenses. They claimed to be related to one of our Doctors wives and were and repeatedly demanded a discount. It was obvious when they used the incorrect name that they were not being truthful about their relationship. After the parvo test was performed and they were informed that there would be no discount, they left and said that they were going elsewhere for service. Had they fully disclosed the reason for their dissatisfaction (the fact that they were denied a discount), they would have discredited themselves and their review immediately.

Our puppy had parvo and we were refereed to this hospital. When we were finally called into a room we were told that they were going to give our puppy a parvo test. We sat for 15 min and no one came in the room to test our puppy or say they will be with us shortly. Instead we watched as they danced and laughed in the hall way. Utterly ridiculous. We took our dog to General Dog and Cat and they took our puppy in right away, gave her the necessary test and immediately admitted her and now she is better than ever.

Awesome vet techs but terrible doctors. Two erroneous pyrometra diagnoses that another vet chuckled at when I told him. Erroneously telling me a bunny I rescued was going to die when that bunny was just fine after rehydration, food and TLC and no medication. Giving me a diazepam dosage that wouldnt have calmed a five pound dog for a 45 pound pit mix. Needless to say, I dont go here, wouldnt take my dogs here and would suggest you double check their findings with vets that have been practicing much longer.

Very rude. I called just to set up boarding and Laura, the individual responsible for setting up reservations, was in too big of a hurry to answer questions. Someone that impatient and rude shouldnt go anywhere near pets! Also actual prices are not the same as those posted online. Beware - they charge an $18 "flea treatment fee" and $18 "de-worming fee" prior to allowing pets to board.

We were forced to find another vet fir a 2nd opinion and came across ACWC. We brought our Chihuahua in to be seen and is being treated and more tests being done to track down the root of her issues. So thankful we found them as the vet closest to us and #1 in the high desert wanted us to put her down without doing further testing. Thank you Dr DiCarlo and staff at ACWC

I found this veterinarian office recently and so far am very impressed. The doctor spent a lot of time with my dogs and asked a lot of questions about their health. I was nervous about going to a new place because Ive had so many bad experiences with other local vets, especially Animal Medical Center of Redlands, but so far they are great and reasonably priced.

My dog was always treated with the best care an owner could ask for. I wish other vets cared as much as the people here do. I had to have my dog put to rest here and they made the heart break of that moment more tolorable. I will be taking my other two dogs here when they need care and I would recomend this place to anyone. Thank you for the great care.

This place is awful. Both my dogs had skin irritation and the Dr. Decarlo had no clue, kept giving me the same meds every three weeks I went in for a revsit. The bald headed lieing doctor has not a clue. Dr. Moneybags WATCH OUT this off is a complete joke folks. Go to Loma Linda animal hospital best in the IE.

I usually barge on in with one or more of my flock of accident prone geese and ducks, and without fail, the doctors have come in to see and deal with my pets. They also have worked with my cats and dogs, and are wonderful with any pet brought in. A very caring and warm staff, with great senses of humor.

I have been to 3 other Vets in the area but was not impressed . This place was great . Friendly staff, clean modern office, Not pretentious, thorough exam and fair prices . Treated my pet with the same great care a human baby would receive
