This is my first time being a pet owner and I took Bella to this place to get her physical, shots, etc. Right away I felt welcomed and they treated Bella like their own. Every member of the staff is very friendly and professional. I didnt live in the area, as I was in town visiting my parents, so I continued to take Bella, to another Banfield, in my town. To my surprise, the staff there was not as friendly or professional. I decided to take Bella to another Banfield nearby and the phone service was also not friendly or professional. I now drive to this Banfield in Moreno Valley border line Riverside off Campus Pkwy for their consistent great service and because I trust they will take care of my Bella. As a new pet owner, I had so many questions and my Bella is not always trusting of others, needless to say, the staff was patient with both of us.
