Took my baby there she was very sick and all they kept saying is watch her eating and keep giving her medicine. Lets just say 4 days in there with no water at times with very minimal food plus the audacity for them to say for us to bring her own food pissed me off. They charged us around $1400 for basically xray blood work and 4 nights, with little food and no water at times. I took her out. We took her to another vet who did an ultra sound right off the bat. They found tumors in her liver and basically stated they were cancerous they didnt want to do a biopsy. Due to how she looked she couldnt walk anymore her stomach was very big and she didnt want to eat they said it was a matter of days and she was in pain. They gave me optionto put her down which i had too i didnt want to be selfish and let her suffer. I was there holding my baby till she passed on. This was one of the worst things i had to encounter in my life. She was my baby and she always made me laugh no matter what. Now i dont have her no more. But long story short that 1st doctor could have requested a ultra sound instead of racking up the bill. Do not go to him he does not care for animals or there staff they pretend they do when you are there. 2 days out of 4 she had no water and there excuse was she was growling. I dont believe that since she had no energy to get up. Either way i miss my baby and the pain i have is unbelievable. Like they say mans best friend. And i believe it she was my everything.

Came in this Saturday with my 9 yr daughter/PUG :). She was attacked at a friends house by either a dog, or cat and her eye was torn out of her eye socket. :( IT WAS AWFUL ! My poor angel pug whom we love was in so much pain and traumatized. Came in to FONTANA ANIMAL HOSPITAL and immediately she was seen and treated- best pet care ever- the front desk staff was professional and attentive- the vet tech was amazing and shared in our pain! She was super caring and truly concerned about princess (our sweet pug). My poor princess lost her eye but was treated by what we consider to be the best vet in Fontana; Mr. Zafer. Went In today for her check up and she is doing well ! Recovery is filled with lots of love from her family and her care provider FONTANA ANIMAL HOSPITAL! I want to say thank to all the staff and DOC - truly and sincerely, Isa Fernandez and kids :) princesss surgery, vaccinations, and medicine including a nice warm bath were very reasonable -

I do not recommend this place to anyone I left my puppy there for a minor surgery in his left leg . They said he was going to be ready for pick up the next day at 12 to my surprise I get there and everything is completly close no one is at the animal hospital I cant get ahold of anyone to see how my dog is doing . I can hear my puppy crying I dont know if someone left enough water and food for him and theres no one inside taking care of my dog I cant believe they would do something so horrible my dog can be in pain hungry and what makes it worst is that theyre ac wasnt working that means my dog can basically die in there with no one to care for him Im so angry and disappointed why would someone leave my dog like this!!! This is animal cruelty!!

We love this clinic. Weve been taking our animals here for more than 15 years for preventive care and for emergencies . The veterinarian and staff are wonderful and have the latest equipment. The K-laser treatment for pain has been amazing. Even female cats treated with the K-laser after being fixed seem to have no pain. We brought our friends dog Maggie in after she had been mauled by another dog. Our vet said he didnt know if he could save her but he did. He and his assistants are compassionate and tender with the animals and with us when weve had to help our pets transition at the end of their life.

My aunt took her dog in for a tooth problem, leading up to a 900$ procedure. He also got an IV which trapped air in his body so they had to take their dog back in to get the air out, they put a tube into his head....it literally is just sticking out of his head and they didnt even provide a cone to keep him from trying to get it out....... thank God the tube in his head was free, oh and also there was just a sunflower seed stuck in his mouth that was causing the dog pain. I havent been to this hospital and I dont plan on bringing my pets here now even if its just down the street.

I took my puppy because she had some spots on her skin...he charged $29 for the office visit and another $29 to look at her skin with black light to tell me she had ringworm (a fungus) and it was very contagious to my other dogs and kids...and his cost to treat her was $295.00....so I got a 2nd opinion and she has a non contagious form of mange and it is only $131.00 to treat her and give her 2 shots and de-worming....not to mention I waited 45 minutes when I was only 1 of 3 customers...and he did not even touch my puppy. Please do not take your animals here….EVER

My wife and I dog become very ill we discovered that she had a very bad infection and her uterus had to be removed. We tried approximately four different animal hospitals before deciding to go with Fontana Animal Hospital because of the the time they took to educate us on everything they could see the hurt in our eyes and understood how important it was to us to get our dog well. And they helped as much as they could with the price. Today our dog is back to her old self! Thanks to the doctor and staff at Fontana Animal Hospital

I took my dog for shots, I did not wait long; however when I was in the examining room the vet came in asked me to set my doggy on the table. The vet was not friendly to me or my doggy. He asked me to restrain my dog, he gave the shots. Walked out open the door then turned and said come back in six months. So I am not sure what to think of him. My doggies other vet would talk to me while he was doing everything had his assistant restrain my dog and would talk to my dog also. I dont know if I will go back or not.

Recently my cocker spaniel suffered an infection on her uterus. My baby was in so much pain and I did not know what to do!!! Luckily Dr. Zafer from the Fontana animal hospital was able to assess the dog and accurately diagnose the problem. He was able to remove the uterus and have my dog pain free in just one day !!!! She had to stay a couple of days hospitalized and the staff was great with her . Connie also did an amazing job taking care of my baby !!! I love that them ; I am never going anywhere else . ❤️️
