My Labrador pup had got diagnosed with parvo when he was only four month old. I brought him to this hospital because I was recommended, and it was close to home. I would leave my pup bright and early in the morning when they open(sometimes even earlier before they open, by 10 to 5 minuets), I would call every hour and they were very kind in letting me know any updates. They were very nice and helpful. They answered ALL my question (believe me I asked so much, and called them many times for updates and questions). I loved how they treated my pup at all times. I want to say thank you to Leslie, I know there was two Leslie that looked over my pup, thank you to you both! Also a big thank you to doctor Shannon Juarez! Most kind and sweet vet I have ever met. She took really good care of my pup, and even made me feel a lot better during that time, when I was scared and worried. I loved this place. Have in mind that it is pricey but it all worth it. You get what you pay for, and that perfectly fits this place!<3 My pup is now 7 month old and he is my blessing and joy! During a time so harsh like parvo, you need the best medicine, doctor and positive vibes, and thats what I got here.! BTW that pup is Chiripa. I am sure a lot of the workers their remembered him because of his weird name lol

I brought my cat here for an emergency and this place was the only place that was open till till 6pm and they took me in as a walk in. The staff was very friendly and professional they even offered me cake and the moment I explained what was going on they took my kitty back right away and were so passionate, loving, and caring I knew I had came to the right place. I was very happy with my visit and would definitely be bringing my kitty here for all her exams. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I stepped out the staff was right by my side making sure My kitty was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Ive been coming here since 2011! The staff has always been kind and knowledgeable. My Boulder has never feared coming to the veterinarian and its probably because hes never had a bad experience! Dr. Juarez has always been kind, caring, and helpful with him. The front staff is awesome! Ive called a few times throughout the years and have asked them to either fax or email me Boulders records, and they have done so promptly and kindly, which I truly appreciate. Thank you Rialto Animal Hospital! Even though I dont live 5 minutes away anymore, I still make the half hour drive to take my Boulder here.

Everyone cares about your pets and I have lots of pets for them to care for. They remind me when shots and dental work are due. They have boarding when you have to go out of town. They have extended their hours to accommodate all of the interesting pets that visit. The docs are very knowledgeable and great. They consult with each other and maintain medical records on every pet. Dr. Creswell has been taking take of my dogs and cats almost since I moved to Rialto in 1984. They also take care of Rialto PD police dogs and provide service to animal shelters.

Dr. Cresswell has been seeing my 8.5 & 9.5 Cavaliers since they were in utero! He was their breeders vet for 30 years and by default, has know quite a bit about Cavaliers after seeing hundreds over a long period of time. My mom INSISTS on both my dogs seeing Dr. Cresswell whenever we suspect something serious is going on with either one, even though we live in Pasadena. Hes done an excellent job managing our older Cavalier who has been in congestive heart failure for almost a year and always makes time to see her on a same-day basis when hes working.

I was so impressed with not only how clean the place was but also the staff who were all super friendly and knowledgeable. They were up front about all their pricing before we went through with anything. I was impressed on how gentle and loving they were with my puppy, and I loved all the printed materials they sent us home with. They also have a rewards program which I think is awesome and they have credit/payment options. Im so glad we picked this place for our little one and I look forward to our future visits.

This place is awesome. The staff is knowledgeable and polite, the Doctors are beyond helpful and patient. Its a little more expensive and a little far from where we live but WELL worth it. They have CareCredit which allows you to make payments. We have 6 animals and we have taken them tons of places within the Inland Empire. This is by far the best. I completely trust those people with my animals. Whatever you do, do NOT go to Colton animal hospital. That man is a complete moron.

I didnt like this place. My boxer is dry heaving They diagnosed my dog with kennel cough. I got a second opinion. The second doctor took xrays and found masses pushing against my boxers lungs and air way. I have the dvd to prove it. They wanted to charge $1100.00 to take tests. Im getting then done for a LOT LESS please get a second opinion if you bring your loved pet here. Im paying a lot less for better care.

We love our vet. The vets and staff have been a great help in caring for our dogs in good and bad health. This of a true neighborhood clinic. Its the kind of place where they know your dog personally. We even had one of the staff recognize my girl at the mall. They have cared for her for almost 7 years and the vet is one of her favorite places to go. She knows when she is in loving capable hands.

This Pet hospital is the best. They are caring and understanding of all my needs. Their knowledge is exceptional. I can always trust that they are giving me all the options available for my babies (pets). All of the staff is loving of my babies. They go out of their way to accommodate my needs, so helpful. I wouldnt go anywhere else, except in an emergency. They are like Family!!!!

My family has taken all our pets to Rialto Animal Hospital / Dr. Creswell for over 30 years. He and the other Dr.s are always very helpful and show genuine care and kindness to our pets. The support staff are always patient and very helpful. Rialto Animal Hospital is always clean and inviting. We would never hesitate to recommend Rialto Animal Hospital to our family and friends.

I love this place. They were great with my kitten who was taken in and took great care with another cat who had to be put down through them as other vets didnt want touch the cat. They unfortunately are a bit pricey, but that is forgiven with the professionalism and the amount of care given to the animal whether going in for checkup, treatment, surgery, or to be put down.

Absolutly Awesome!! I had no idea where to take my dog, but decided on Rialto Animal Hospital. I was extremely happy with my choice from the moment I walked in the door. Friendly and knowledgable staff, the doctor was very nice and explained everything completely. The place was very clean, and the prices are fair. I highly recomment Rialto Animal Hospital.
