I had never been here until today (9/3/14). Unfortunately my cat was extremely ill and I had to put him to sleep. The staff, all of them, were very, very nice and friendly even before they knew I was there to say goodbye to one of my best friends in the world. The place is very clean and organized. Over the phone they are very kind and in person they treat you well. They took great care of my boy while he was there. He was brought to the back before I was, since I was a nonappointment I had to wait in the lobby for it to be my turn, but they took Alvin back there because he was in poor condition. She kept coming back out to see me and give me updates on how he was doing during the time I was waiting. The people who work there clearly care about the animals and bond with them. Several times I saw workers come out and visit with the regular dogs and even walk them around outside some so they dont get too worked up sitting in the waiting room. Very kind people. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone and bring my other pets here too.

I am extremely grateful for this place. My doggy was in pain for a couple of days. My husband took him to another Vets office and they told him he was fine. Another day passed by and my Guero was still crying when he was picked up or moving and just not being himself. I looked up online at night time and I found this place near me, with no negative reviews. The following morning I took him in, they were extremely busy. The lady in the front managed to squeeze me in to the schedule and comforted me while I was crying, not knowing what was wrong with my guero. It turned out he had back pain. I really like the fact that they really took the time to listen to my concerns. I will definitely be making this place my place for my doggy.

My dog was attacked and had a broken leg due to the fight, took her in and two of the doctors there claimed they can fix it , so went on with surgery,(expensive almost $2000) a week later my dog isnt walking or playing looks like she was in pain , took her in for xrays come to find out there are missing screws and rods were out place (horrible job) they then suggest amputation or an attempt a retry on the surgery, so I decided on amputation, only to find out Im being charged again (another $600+) , when they are the ones who did a lousy job in the first place. All they want is money the nurses there have an ehh attitude only a few of them actually interact with your pup , others just throw em in the cage no interaction at all.

We have a tea cup yorkie terrier that contracted parvo. I took her to an anal hospital in Redlands which I will not name and paid over $500 for 24 hours of treatment. When I went in the next morning I was told she wasnt going to make it and recommended I take her to the humane society to have her put to sleep unless I wanted to pay them more monet to have them do it. To make a long story short I took her to Advanced Pet Care and 3 days later was able to take her home. After another week at home on meds she was back to 100%. I highly recommend them! Thank you.

My lil Ragz had a large bump forming and my family worried. We took Ragz to VCA Northside Animal Hospital and not only did they test it on the spot we had an answer in minutes it was not cancer. While being seen Ragz Doctor mentioned his breed can have issues with their knees. With a few movements with his hands my lil guy gained an amazing amount of mobility and energy I had never seen him have before. Such a great office and the doctor was so good to our Ragz. Definitely this is our Veterinary office of choice

This is the kind of place that we need more of in the pet world. Extremely helpful staff, knowledgeable, and when they dont know, they find out. Drs do awesome! work. My Bat-eared pitbull just had a major surgery, TTA. Doing great, 11 days in. They had all the answers to my "twenty questions" and seem so caring for any animals that come in. My only problem is I moved further away 3-4 years ago and I cant make them move closer to me :-). Please open more facilities. Youre awesome people.

They were the best ever! The Dr and all the staff were very friendly & welcoming for our first time, they were very good with my dog & very thorough in explaining everything to me, they started with a cheaper testing for my baby girl instead of the ULTRA expensive test I was sent there for by another vet that she may not even need, I appreciate that! Finding a friendly caring dr can be hard to find & this is what I found here. Keep up the good work guys!

Yesterday I brought my little Chihuahua (Roxy) to get her nails clipped since she is too paranoid to let ME clip her nails... Since she was not used to being in this place she was quite loud... I was totally surprised when she went so easily with the gentlemen to take her to clip her nails... Roxy is normally afraid to go to strangers and did just fine here! Thank you so much!

Staff was nice, but even after an appointment was made a week prior, we were waiting an hour after our scheduled time. That was a little frustrating. I asked a couple times how long the wait would be, and I kept getting the answer that I was "next" and still continued to wait 40 min. After that. I understand having to wait, but why not a warning or why schedule so many appointments back to back if people are waiting so long ?

Theyve been caring for my little miniature pincher "Spike" for several years now and Im always happy with the experience. I took Spike in today for his rabies shot and examination and was told he was a little on the heavy side and the kind doctor inspired me to get his weight down which is my primary goal for now. Theyre always kind and caring and I will certainly be going there for many years to come.

The staff is nice and professional but its very pricey. I wanted to get a tumor removed on my dog and they quoted me a little over $1000. I went to a different vet(arrowview animal hospital) and they quoted me $681 for the same procedure. Theyre very nice but if youre on a budget its not the best place to go.

They are rude and uncaring. My puppy needed emergency attention and they denied me services bc i didnt make an appointment to use the free first visit coupon. It does not state anywhere on the coupon that you are required to have an appointment to redeem coupon.
