Amazing is really the only word that I have to give about the receptionists, dentists, doctors, and assistants. Marilyn who is the receptionist is extremely professional over the phone and in person. I have always been amazed by how awesome she is with every person who walks in. My daughters dentist is Mr. Mckoy and he is another pleasure to have as a dentist. My daughter looks forward to her dental appointments. Even through more complicated dental procedures, he has been there and keeps you informed and is involved from beginning to end. Brittany Wilson is another gem. She is great and I feel comfortable going to her with all of my concerns. This place, is the best Pediatric Center I have ever been to.

I was disappointed that I was unable to see the dentist because the staff is not knowledgeable with my insurance. I was even willing to pay out of pocket but they couldnt seem to grasp that. The insurance can be out of network, paperwork can still be submitted to the primary, then to the secondary which was within network and I would pay the difference or I could have submitted the paperwork on my own and my insurance would reimburse me, its the way Ive always done it. They are doing a disservice to customers who can pay upfront and submit a claim on their own. I was trying to explain that to the young lady but she wasnt getting it. Oh well, Ill take my cash to Senioa Family Dentistry.

I was very happy with my daughters appointments with the medical doctor. The dentist on the other hand was very rude when it came to my youngest daughters, age 6, appointment. She was afraid to take her pictures because the bite wings are uncomfortable and she did cry. The first thing he said to me was "I could tell I was gonna have a problem with her before you walked in the door" I was shocked. Im like she is 6...you work in pediactrics. Im almost positive you have worked with kids who were afraid at the dentist. He was not very empathetic and we will not be back. Otherwise front desk staff was nice and so was the doctor on the medical side.

I admit, I had my fears and grimaces about this here dentist. Then came Paul McKoy, and Miss Marilyn. I really appreciate how nice these individuals are, to everyone. This Dr. McKoy, read my mind like a magazine. If youre looking to find a dentist and/or doctor, I highly recommend these guys. There are some hygienists that are kinda snappy, but still, Trinity will be totally worth your while.

Love love love. Absolutely love the entire experience. From the flexible schedule, to the professional staff to the superb care from both positions. I am extremely pleased to have found this place. And more importantly to get very reliable care for my children and niece.

I just started taking my kids here for dental care and I absolutely love the place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Its doesnt take forever to be seen once checked in and its very easy to get a quick appointment.
