My doctors here are great however the admin staff really needs a revamp. The office is shown to be open until 5:30 everyday but they turn off the phones at 5pm to return phone calls and wrap up your day and you get directed straight to a call service with no option for their voicemails or the pharmacy... Its frustrating when you get a call @ 5:15pm and call right back at 5:16pm and they are suppose to be open for another 14 minutes and you cannot get through to them or at least leave a voicemail response. The admin staff in the office also has no idea whats really going on. I got a phone call reminder about an appointment i didnt set. I asked what the appointment was for and the lady said she didnt know what the people did there. LIke really? Turns out i was double booked appointments and I had the same appointments already scheduled later the next week. I only noticed cause they were scheduled for a time i know I would not have agreed to. Again ill emphasize the doctors and staff in the back are great. However the admin front facing people have no idea what they are doing.

I started at AbsoluteCare a year ago. I have had a controlled high blood pressure and uncontrolled diabetes for 18 years, as well as being overweight all my life. I first met with Dr. Hoos who started me in my first journey to a lower blood sugar and blood pressure. Sge recommended the nutritionist Julia who is absolutely AMAZING!!! But the best recommendation was her having me schedule an appointment with Dr. Malik. Dr. Malik is the best doctor who gets to know his patients and works with their resources. Through his care, I have returned to normal cholesterol levels, normal blood pressure, and now controlled diabetes. He has helped me lose 40 pounds in the last 3.5 months. The staff is great, the on site pharmacy is great and the doctors care. Words can not describe the gratitude I have for AbsoluteCare and especially Dr. Malik.

I went for an introductory meeting with Dr. David Stahura. I was highly taken aback by his demeanor. I realized that as I had a complicated medical case, Dr. Stuhura lacked the intellect to quickly comprehend my needs from a practitioner. The sad part was how hostile he became at his own lack of understanding. It is rare that I allow someone to speak to me the way this man was, especially when there is a professional fiduciary duty owed me from that professional; and professionalism was certainly lacking from Dr. Stahura. As uncomfortable as my case made him, I advised I would stay with my current practitioner, and we would move on. Even then, Dr. Stauhura didnt seem to know what to do. This is not a Dr. I could recommend.

While the facility is nice, dont be fooled. The NP, and other members of the staff have very very poor communication. Personally, my referrals, medical conditions, and current prescriptions have all been continuously inputted into my file incorrectly. The NP is nice and pretty, but not very knowledgeable. The D.O. will not prescribe medications that are known for treating a disorder if they are "risky". E.g. amphetamine for narcolepsy. The pharmacy overcharges immensely. A $15 prescription at CVS was $63. Beware. This place is a fancier and more expensive version of a doc in a box. Avoid at all costs

Had to wait over one and a half hours to see my doctor after I had an appointment scheduled. The lady at the front kept saying the doctor will be right with you when I asked her how long it might take. They just kept pushing it back to take other patients although I had an appointment. Extremely unprofessional and had the staff member went back and spoke to the doctor to see how far behind she was, she could have helped me move my appointment back rather than make me wait in a lobby for an extended period of time. Would not recommend this location.

I loved my experience at Absolute Care and I am so happy that I have finally found a primary care physician I feel comfortable with. Dr. Hoos and her nurse, Maria, took the time to make me feel important, listening to my concerns with great attention and provided answers to any of my questions. I was very pleased with how Dr. Hoos and Maria made an effort to get to know me as a new patient and understand my reasons for choosing a new primary care physician. I am so pleased with this service!

Thoroughly enjoy the visits to the office. I never feel uncomfortable or judged in anyway. Very welcoming staff and always have your best interest in mind. Its not always easy going to the doctor but the office environment makes it very easy and painless; unless your getting a shot or something of course. I have been recommending this place any chance I get when asked about doctors in the area. Great Team! Great Service! Great Model for healthcare!

David Mohaber and his team provide excellent, customized customer service with the personal touch that you will not receive from CVS, Rite Aid or any other large pharmacy. Wait time is fast and they will have prescriptions ready for you as soon as they can. Our whole family uses the pharmacy and we all couldnt be happier. I would recommend AHS Pharmacy to anyone who would like to be part of a caring, family oriented, efficient, reliable pharmacy.

Everyone here is Professional, knowledgable, friendly and very helpful. I see Dr. Hoos and Dr. Malik, who both have shown the utmost care for my health and well being. I definitely trust and respect them. Absolute Care is a multi-practice clinic with an on-site pharmacy. Which is VERY Convenient and they always work with you to get you the best prices on your prescriptions! Truly one of the best places I have ever gone for health care!
