If I could give zero stars I would. My husband had an atrocious visit here, and cannot receive his cpap accessories "prescription" because he was "non-compliant." Only his second visit to this location, last one was 9 months ago, and they informed him of his non-compliance at this recent appointment because he didnt bring his machine with him. Not once was it mentioned while he was making or confirming his appointment, but it was on the discharge papers and "its written all over the office," which, again, he was at once before, NINE MONTHS AGO. Needless to say, the ladies were nothing but a bunch of See You Next Tuesdays and we will be sure to inform anyone and everyone to seek their sleep care elsewhere. How unfortunate for UC that they have to associate with this group.

Great Staff! While I was sitting in the lounge chair watching the TV on the wall and eating my carry-in supper, there was a knock on the door. The Tech pushed the door open with a cart full of what looked like the wiring harness in Iron Mans Suit. He apologized for being late!? I had know idea he would becoming and im not his boss. Thats a fine example of how great the staff are. Whats also "Great" I get to go spend another night.:) Ive been using a CPAP for 13 Years but have suffered many years prior to beginning therapy. WHAT A DAY A CPAP MAKES!!!

Everything seemed professional and clean but for guest they only give you a hard canvas covered chair that is uncomfortable to say the least, nurse offered a gurney but ended up sleeping on floor........
