I am on my third pair of glasses in four weeks, and they are no better than the ones I have had for several years. I went to this store because they were recommended to me. I explained to several people my first visit that I work in front of two large computer screens, and lately have had to start looking over the top of my glasses to see them clearly. I went through some pretty standard tests, and was told that I should get "high definition" lenses that are made from some special type of plastic that makes them perfect for viewing computer screens. I was told that they cost more than the normal plastic, but that they are worth it. After 2 weeks, I called to see if they were in yet. The lady I spoke with got a little rude as she explained to me that they would call me when they came in, and that they have a rush on them. Apparently, there was a "quality problem" with the ones they had received, and they had to have them remade. Several days later, the second set came in. I pointed out in the store that the right lens really seemed to be very blurry, distorted and out of focus; I was told that was normal with this kind of lens, and that I would get used to it. Three days later, and I was having headaches and feeling queasy every time I had them on. I walked directly into a person at the gas station because I could not tell there was anyone or anything directly in front of me... So I called the store and asked how long it would take before I got used to it. They told me to come in and have them "adjusted." The second person I spoke with during that visit could see the problem as soon as he picked them up, and told me that they should not have sold me those lenses. He then went on to tell me that the high-definition glasses, and the special plastic, do not work well for viewing wide computer screens, and that he thought we should "try" a different kind of plastic and a different kind of lens. He then asked me what I thought would be better. Today, the third pair arrived. As long as I look over the top of the glasses, I can see the computer screen well enough to read it. But not looking through the lenses. And these still cost the same as the special plastic. I should point out that I have absolutely no training in optometry. I go to an eye doctor to get glasses that work, not to "try" things or pick my own prescription. If a dentist asked his patients what kind of material the fillings should be made from, he would probably lose his license. When a store asks the customer what prescription is best, they very neatly transfer any responsibility to the customer, and remove themselves from the process of providing quality care. I will not be returning to this store; I recommend avoiding Wing Eyecare. I imagine any of the online suppliers or one-hour stores in the mall would be far better.

I absolutely think Dr Hartman and his practice are top notch! I have been seeing Dr Hartman since I was 17 years old. We live on the west side of Cincinnati and I travel to see him in Liberty and now take my children to see him. Recently, I did start having my childrens eyes examined at 4 years old and the staff along with Dr Hartman made the experience SO GREAT for the girls. They were not afraid and we got very thorough examinations (better than at our pediatricians office by far!). They always help me try to figure out cost savings measures with rebates, etc for my glasses and contacts. The whole experience has always been fantastic and we will continue to see Dr Hartman and come to his office. I highly recommend this office!

My first time to visit this place. I waited for the doctor for about an hour and then took another hour getting the exam process finished. Had to change my contact lenses prescription because the one i was given was not only irritating my eye but also it was given in the wrong power. Nobody updated my file and when i called in to order my contace lenses, the wrong prescription was ordered and charged for money i wasnt supposed to pay. When i called in to have it corrected, they charged me for the second order that was covered by insurance. The doctors and nurses are nice and polite, but this is not good enough reason for me to go back there or recommend anyone to.

Dr. Dobson is a great, friendly optometrist, but the staff is either unhelpful by way of inexperience or deliberate rudeness. Their office manager provided the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. She was awful from the beginning. A new employee called her over to clarify the fine print on a LivingSocial voucher, and she spoke to us dripping with condescension and disrespect then outright lied to us. I wish I was a different kind of customer, one who screamed and demanded firing on the spot, since she must treat everyone with such an abrasive approach and doesnt deserve a position with the public. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

I visit the Liberty branch of Wing Eyecare with Dr. H and staff regularly. Prior to going to Liberty I was at the Symms branch, but both branches are wonderful. Now at the Liberty branch and very happy with all of the frames, sunglasses, and contacts that I have purchased for the last few years. Extremely helpful staff on site - the team member who helps with my glasses fitting has always been a pleasure to work with. They are affordable and always seek to give the best in customer service which is hard to find these days. Ive recommended them to friends and coworkers who have become true Wing Believers! Thanks again, Dr. H!

I have been coming to this location for years now, and Dr. Hartman is simply the best. He is very friendly and professional and makes the entire process very painless. The other staff members are awesome as well. They are extremely helpful and very thorough. The staff here make the experience great! You can also fill out your patient forms online, which is a huge time saver. I couldnt ask for a better eye doctor. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come here, passing several other doctors on the way (including the Wing on Montgomery by Fields Ertle).

Dr. Hartman and his office is amazing. I used to dread going to eye doctor, but they make going to much easier. They always get me in to my appointment quickly and with 3 kids that makes life so much easier. They always work with me to make the most of my money and my insurance. Theyve even been amazing with ordering and fixing my daughters glasses. We take her to an eye specialist several hours away, but we get the glasses here. They have been amazing. I truly appreciate everything they have done.

Dr. Hartman and staff are wonderful. Dr. Hartman always takes the time to explain your results and go over any questions you may have about your exam, possible risks related to certain health conditions and the importance of regular check ups. The staff is equally as helpful and take the time to help you through selecting new glasses, contacts, etc. I have always been very pleased with the Liberty Township location.
