I last visited this office (Nicole Puterbaugh) in July, it is now December. For the past 3 years I have visited their office every 6 months - all of a sudden the receptionist tells me that they wanted to see me every 3 months and that this has always been their policy, which is why they suddenly stopped refilling my asthma medication. I was told this was because I missed a September appointment, however I did not reschedule an appointment in July because I was not seeing their office for an issue which required followup by them.

Tried to get a prescription refill for my asthma inhaler, took them 5 HOURS to complete such a simple, menial task. They couldnt care less about their patients.

I never have a problem getting a quick appointment in. I see Nicole Peterbaugh and she is amazing! The staff is always warm and welcoming when I sign in.
