I do not typically write reviews, however I set time aside to write one about the staff of Eye Trends-Baker Cypress. I was greeted by the friendly staff and was almost immediately seen by the staff, who appreciated my time was as important as theirs. The Dr was Cassandra Benedick who gave me a thorough and comprehensive eye exam. Ms. Benedick explained my eye problems and made e feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. The staff that assisted me were very helpful in the selection of frames to fit my rather difficult face to fit. I believe the persons name that assisted me was Valorie, she helped me make the correct selection for my frames. She helped my find a discount on our selection of frames. After the sale Carlos stayed 30 minutes late to give me and check the fit of my new glasses. This was a very pleasant experience, I certainly will be a repeat customer. Respectfully, Barry

This place keeps calculating our insurance incorrectly for our son. Refused to do it correctly. Made them call my insurance. They then argued with my insurance. Finally after an hour, they calculate it correctly. This same thing has happens every time I go here. Enough is enough, we now go to another place that knows how to do math.

I have been going here for years. I usually tolerate the place since the doctors are nice but the customer service at the front desk is absolutely horrible. They talk with such attitude and make even the simplest things such as making an appointment so complicated and draining. They should really consider getting a new work staff.

Great atmosphere of an office, easy to get to and welcoming. Have had zero problems and always feel treated correctly and respected. Dr Benedick was my Dr and thought she did a terrific job.
