Nice people, sure. But this place provided me with a huge hassle. I literally still dont have contacts 4 weeks after my exam because they tried changing me to a different lense (lens fitting fee- the biggest rip off in optometry) saying that the price should be the same. Come back in to order and find the lenses are twice as much as my prior lenses. Now Im ordering the same product from Walgreens for $60 less and Walgreens isnt even taking the $100 from the insurance. So apparently they assume the consumer is ignorant.

Great Service! I have been getting my prescription glasses at Enhance Eye Care for 3 years now. The staff is very helpful and professional. I love their selection of frames and enjoy choosing new ones. Regarding the use of old frames, I did this last year and it was not a problem. The team was very helpful in recommending the type of lens replacements that would be best for my old frames. Based on the consistent service level for the past 3 years, I plan to continue purchasing my eye glasses at Enhance Eye Care.

Enhance Eye Care on Eldridge is a smaller, more personal, eye care experience. The staff are professional and take time to explain everything. In my experience they are a little more expensive than the mall eye care production lines but the end result is a more pleasing experience and a better pair of glasses. I have now purchased two sets of glasses and plan to use them again in the future.

They tried to sell me a new pair of glasses for $500 that according to the exam I did not need. When I tried to ask them about using my own frames and they did not want to discuss it. Buyer beware!
