My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Fong for the better part of seven years. As both my wife and I are elderly, Dr. Fong has had to deal with a wide range of health issues, and we have been totally satisfied with the care that she has provided. When she moved to Louetta Family Medicine, we happily moved with her, and we are exceptionally pleased that we did so. We have found that the doctors at this clinic take time to listen to their patients, reviewing each patients history before the appointment and ensuring that the best medical solutions for ailments are offered. Additionally, they have an extensive network of specialists, a feature that is increasingly important in an era of medical specialization. At times, we have had to wait a bit to see a doctor, but we are confident that when we are seen, the best care will be provided. I would happily endorse this practice to all ages, and I doubt that one could find better care and service than these doctors and their assistants provide.

I used Louetta Family Medicine recently for a yearly health checkup and had a very poor experience. The office staff is horrible with customer service my wife asked them for the results of the blood test we did and the response from the office staff was terrible. Since we checked with the Lab they had already faxed the results to the physician office and when we check with them their response was bad. I am very disappointed in the quality of the customer service received from Louetta Family Medicine.

I highly recommend this office!! I see Lisa Vatani and I am very happy! She has a wonderful bed side manner, she spends plenty of time with me and she explains everything clearly and I trust her judgement. I am also pleased with the office staff and nurses. Everyone has been kind and professional. I have been going here for the past year and I take my teenage boys here too. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Have made 4 visits see doctor within 15 minutes set up all referrals, called to follow up to make sure I did not have any problems call me same day they received test results and made sure to fax them to specialist before my visit cost for visit is very reasonable and pa makesure sure you understand what going on what else could you ask for

Dr. Nashed is thorough, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Her experience and caring attitude makes her an ideal doctor for kids and adults. She is suggestive and works with the patient closely on a treatment plan and monitors progress accordingly. I feel that my family and I receive professional, individualized care. Highly recommended!

All the doctors are very helpful and quick. But I have seen a dr Lisa twice now and she has skipped me both times. If your gonna wait in a room someone should come and check on you every few minutes. Very upset not very Good dr bedside manner

This place takes for freaking ever. They will put you in a waiting room and leave you there for an hour. This has happened to me twice. If you dont have time for patients then dont schedule them.
