Dr. Susie Nguyens office staff doesnt get things done, waited months for a referral, and when I talked to the Dr about it she made excuses. She requires me to come in way too often and when I went in less than a month ago and saw her husband because she was out, he told me Im on too many meds (all prescribed by his wife) and that he couldnt help me, then denied all my refill requests. Im over it and now that I have a PPO I am on to find someone better.
