My husband took our five yr old daughter for a second opinion... on the first visit my husband told me he was very rude and did not pay attention to what he had to say nevertheless this Dr gave her a treatment and he said that if this did not work the next step was surgery... On the follow up visit my husband and I both went ,... This Dr did not care to hear what was the issue and what was going on with her... When he gave us the diagnosis​ of doing surgery.. I started to ask him if this was going to help her with her problem his answer to us was... If you dont LIKE for her to snor at night this is what has to be done... And is not going to cure anything else... This infuriated me even more because he did not care to look in to what the problem was or if my daughters​ problem is not in his area of expertise he could have recommend us to someone that could actually help her with her problem but he didnt..... He just got upset because i question his diagnosis... he obviously has an anger problem... I will never go back and will never recommend him to anyone... he is very unprofessional and has no ethic as a Dr... He basically said you dont want her to snor then we have to take all her glands out.!!!

I wish I would of just listen to the reviews. Before I went to the clinic, I filled out the paperwork before hand so the appointment could go quick. The reception in the front was really nice and also the nurse who weighed and took my sons blood pressure. There was no wait and I got called back right away. The problem was a doctor. As soon as he walked in the room, there was no smile, he did not even introduce himself and just asked me what was wrong with my son. I told him the problem he looked at me like I was stupid and told me that I was the problem because I clean my sons ears with Q tips. He did not even explain himself at all and just told my son to sit back. My son was clueless on what he was gonna do to him because he didnt even explain himself. he "cleaned" the wax. Used this long stick and just inserted it in my sons eat and he said he was done. Whenever he was done, he just told me " okay follow me" and didnt even explain what he did or nothing or even say bye to us. Doctor was rude and unprofessional. So glad I did not need no follow-up appointments because I will never return back.

Where do I start... First I was givin the wrong address of the location so I was late for filling out documents that needed 30 mins just to fill out. I had to wait an hour to be seated in an office to wait another hour then I asked why it was taking so long. I was told I was late so I had to just wait until the Dr. was available even though they are the ones that gave me the wrong information which caused me to be late. The doctor finally came in and told me everything was normal but surgery was needed eventually. He gave little information over the surgery and when I asked a question he looked at me like I had no common sense. Also they refused to give a Spanish speaker any documents in Spanish so they knew what they were signing yet, they gave me one when I didnt even request one. This place is a mess it needs better management and the doctor needs better patient skills.

I wish I could give it less than 1 start!!! The Vietnamese staff was awful, she is so mean and unprofessional. My mom has an appointment at 1:30pm and we came at 1:00pm as we were told. Once we arrived, she said my moms appointment is 3:10pm. After few minutes conversation, she gave us some papers to fill out which took us approximate 20mins to do so. We were seated for 1 hour and then they called us to come in. I though were going to see the doctor soon but oh no. We had to waited another hour!!!! While we were waiting, we asked why do we have to wait for so long, the Vietnamese girl yelled at us and said our appointment is at 3:10pm so we have to wait; while the other girl nicely told us she will contact the doctor for us! The doctor is very nice and he took care of my mom very well. This was an awful experience. Hope they will change the way the work with patients

I dont recommend this Doctor. I went to him and he went down my nose to my throat, and my voice started having problems. I went to my PCP and she recommended I go back to see him. I went back today he was very rude and he was just trying to make all kinds of excuses on why my voice goes out and saying it was not because of him. He didnt want to even really look and see wht was wrong . I WILL Not be going back to him again. Now he is saying something is on my voice box which was not there before going to see him. He is also talk about if speech therapy dont work then he would need to do surgery. Not on me....

Would not recomend this doctor. He did not listen to my description of my problem. Because of this I had to go do 2 CT scans, when the correct one the first time could have easily covered the concerned area. He did not pay attention to my condition report from his own audioligist. After the 2 CT scans, he had me do a MRI, they call me URGENTLY to the office for the results, only to be told all is well, oh and pay the office visit too.....$ I dropped this guy.............good luck

Dr. Nguyen was recommended by my daughter a nurse who worked the outpatient surgery clinic at CyFair Medical . After several appointments with other Ent doctors Dr. Nguyen suggested outpatient surgery to improve constant sinus problems during both day and night. The results of Dr. Nguyens excellent treatment and surgery is unbelievable. I havent slept all night like this in over five years. I highly recommend him for any of his specialties.

I went to Dr. Nguyen yesterday for my allergy issues. The office staff was so accomidating and helpful. Dr. Nguyen was so knowlwdgeable and understood my allergy issues. I must admit he is the BEST ENT Dr. I have seen here in Houston. He gave me a lot of answerers and knowledge about how to take care of the changing seasons here in Houston. Dr. Nguyen also gave me samples to try before I bought the prescriptions. Yes, samples!!!

This place requires referrals to see their doctors. I dont recommend it guys! They just want you to pay more money for another doctor to forward u for this specialist in order to make appointment. They said it is their policy! :S Even if your insurance doesnt require referrals, they will refuse to serve u. without referral from primary ( family) doctor = no appointment to see this ENT specialist

My husband s apt went well with Dr Nguyen and his health issue was diagnosed and treatment recommended. Very good experience, as staff courteous and helpful. Our time in waiting room was much longer then expected-the only complaint.
