Poor experience. The place looks very dingy and run-down, but thats not the part thats bad. Dr. Donskaya seemed very unconcerned with me as a patient. When attempting to mention any health problems that I thought might be related, shed tell me it was unimportant and that I was wasting her time. She asked me up front, "so, what do you want to take?" Shes a great doctor to go to if you want a specific medication that other doctors wont give you, but that just makes her a pill pusher. As well, there was an issue with my insurance. After Donskayas office called me, I contacted the insurance company and got everything fixed. I called Donskayas office immediately after and verified that it was being reprocessed. Today, I checked my bank account to see that they charged me an extra 98 dollars. Ive just dealt with contacting my insurance company and verifying that everything was approved, but Donskayas office did not seem concerned with this. I would not deal with these people again and would suggest to everyone to avoid this office.

Very poor experience overall. After confirming my first appointment, the office called to reschedule very close to the appointment date - AFTER I had already scheduled and paid for a babysitter. At the appointment, Dr. Donskaya would not answer all of my questions about recommended prescriptions (e.g., is it addictive, etc.). And finally, after a purely honest mistake by arriving at the wrong destination for the second appointment due to a google maps issue, and therefore missing the appointment, I was told that I would be charged for a late cancellation. HORRIBLY RUDE front desk personnel, and a very disappointing experience overall. Unacceptable that it is okay to reschedule patients at their whim but no understanding/accommodation when patients run into problems.

The front office staff (Margaret and Leticia) were extremely unprofessional. They interrupted me, were very impatient when I asked questions, hung up on me 3 times, and were very condescending. Awful behavior! When I asked to speak to the manager, Leticia said there wasnt one. She hung up when I asked for their address. When I called back to see if the doctor was available, Leticia said that she cancelled my new appointment. If this doctors front office staff will hang up on patients (new or existing) and be so rude, believe everything you read about this Dr. Donskaya. Everyone knows that if the staff is trash, so is their leader. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this level of ignorance and insensitivity.

Front desk EXTREMELY rude. Receptionist actually hung up on me. I needed a different prescription since my insurance didnt cover what I was given. When I called, the receptionist was condescending and said all I needed was a pre authorization from my insurance. 2 days later she called to tell me that I needed to bring the script back and get a new one. When indeed I did just this I was charged $10 for another script, I had just paid $62 to see the doctor 4 days prior. Hopefully the place will be closed soon as I will be reporting everywhere I can including medical board as well as whoever deals with investigating insurance claims and I will find this person.

Avoid this psychiatrist unless just have to go! Find someone else. I think she is the one with a hyper sensitive issue and needs help. Dont make the honest mistake of calling her profession psychologist because she will waste 15 minutes explaining how she went to 12 years of school to become a psychiatrist. Most of our time was spent with miscommunication and misunderstandings. Its amazing she is a Doctor. However, I also caught her in lies as well saying she sent prescriptions when she never did. Complete waste of time and lots of time, and money! Worst experience ever when compared to other doctors in the area.

I was nervous going in due to the bad reviews, but as I called to schedule an appointment the person who answer was polite and even offered a next day visit due to someone cancelling. Dr. Donskaya was very polite and got to know me and my schedule. She seems to truly care about her patients wellbeing. Would definitely recommend.

She is professional though not warm. More of a clinical feel focused on how and if medication will be beneficial, do not expect a therapy session.
