Dont let the other reviews fool you. Let me start saying yes the staff is amazing!! But thats where it stops!! The surgery room I laid there with two girls arguing over me. The doctor is welll... very unprofessional!! Almost as bad as his surgery. His bedside manners is something that you would teach in a barn. Forcing a patient to take pain pills that make them sick and have allergic reaction to and refuse to prescribe something safe is not only illegal but unorthodox. This doctor should not be working on people. I would describe him as a very hateful grumpy person. In his words "man up" "pain pills are the number one cause of deaths in the US" "your to sensitive to pain" everyone is different and should be treated as so. As a doctor I would expect one to know that. Now the work on the hard... HORRIBLE!! His stitching left two big holes in my gums that collect food and have to be taken out with a tool after each meal. I know how bad his work is because Ive had two teeth pulled before and til this day I have no holes, no food food collecting in my gums and no pain. They look perfect. How this doctor is still in business is shocking. He should be sued for malpractice and shut down. Ive had over 11 surgeries to date and none have left such a sour taste in my mouth!! I hope people read this review and make the right decision. And to the doctor personal values and your personal life should be such that. Personal!! If you have a problem with gay people then post a sign on your door saying no gays welcome!! I would prefer that then treat a patient the way I was treated. Left in pain and helpless. I was told "you can take the pain pills and stay awake and be sick or be not take the pain pills and be in pain and try to sleep. You choose!!" Even my dentist was shocked at the treatment I received and took her time with her kids at 9pm at night and called in another medicine after the pain got to a point I couldnt work. That is beyond sad and pathetic!! Sorry excuse for a so called doctor.

It seems finding pleasant people in most any industry is very difficult these days. No one really cares about customer service anymore. Ill admit I wasnt expecting much when I called Spring-Klein Oral & Maxillofacial, but I must say I am so happy I found them. I was very nervous about having to have a tooth pulled. Then having to deal with horrible people, who wants to deal with that? I had a crown fall off so the tooth under was exposed. I fractured the tooth eating a carrot. I saw my dentist and was told the tooth would need to be extracted. The first place I called had a waiting list until November. With the pain I was experiencing, there was no way I could wait over a month. It was then that I decided to google oral surgeons in my area. From the first moment I called I felt at ease. Jamie, the lady in front, was so nice and helpful. She actually sounded sincere, not fake or scripted. I called on a Thursday afternoon and was seen the very next day for my consultation. They could have scheduled the extraction for Monday, but I had a scheduling conflict at work. I scheduled the extraction for Tuesday. I met a total of 3 staff members plus Dr. Sitters. They were all very kind. The procedure didnt take as long as I expected, and I was on my way in no time. Dr. Sitters was very professional and thorough in his explanations. I dont usually take the time to write many reviews, but I had such a great experience I had to share it. I hope I never have to have a tooth extracted again, but If I do, I will definitely go back. The entire team is very courteous, professional and made me feel at ease.

Dr. Sitters and his team at Spring Klein Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery are top notch! I would highly recommend anyone that needs a wisdom tooth extraction or other dental surgery to visit Dr. Sitters for a consultation and procedure. I had my consultation to remove 3 wisdom teeth (1 lower, 2 upper) scheduled for a Friday and was able to book the surgery for the following Tuesday since the office was closed Monday for a holiday. When I arrived for the surgery they prepped the room and got everything ready very quickly, walked me through a couple of pre-op procedures and then got underway. They gave me a topical anesthetic for the IV needle, it was painless and Dr. Sitters stuck the vein on the first try! After that they said they were about to start the IV anesthetic and they would begin, I said "OK" and closed my eyes to relax and before I knew it was waking up and finished! No drama, no fuss. They walked my escort and I through some post-op care instructions and I was done! Its only been 1 day since the surgery, but I barely feel like I had a surgery yesterday! No abnormal pain or swelling, just a little sore jaw and gums where the surgery took place. Make sure to follow their instructions for care and cleaning and you will be golden! 2 thumbs up; more if I had them!

Jamie on the front lines was amazing! I absolutely loved her personality, and she made me feel extremely comfortable about my upcoming surgery. I was anxious and dreading having my wisdom teeth taken out, but her caring and patient attitude really helped to calm my nerves. Dr. Sitters was 1 of the 2 best dental professionals I have ever been to (the other one is in the Dallas area) in order to complete what could be considered a nerve-racking procedure. It has been 1 month since I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and I have not had any issues! I did feel pain a few times after the procedure, but that is normal and it wasnt excruciating. I did allow them to sedate me, so not sure how ones mouth would feel if not sedated; but, I imagine that they wouldnt have any issues either. He is a real professional and truly knows what he is doing. His assisting surgery team was good also. I didnt get the opportunity to interact with them as much as I interacted with Jamie and Dr. Sitters, but I did not pick up on any bad vibes about them. I recommend him and his staff to ANYONE who has to have wisdom teeth pulled. I truly wish him, his staff, and his practice the best!

Let me start by saying I have white coat syndrome (scared of Dr.s) This entire place was phenomenal. Dr. Stitters was absolutely amazing. He made me feel as comfortable as I could. I had my wisdom teeth (bottom two) removed and he did a wonderful job. The healing process was super quick for me, I was up and running the next day with minimal pain. 2 days after the surgery I was almost back to normal, just eating slowly to be cautious. The staff was VERY nice and VERY informative. I totally recommend Spring-Klein Oral. The woman at the front (Jackie) was super nice, the surgeons assistant was very nice and helped me calm down and relax since I was nervous, and the Dr. he is VERY nice, funny and warm hearted guy. Great team!
