Dr. Oakley was nice. I liked how he performed the procedures on my teeth. However, I did not like the dental assistants. I had three different dental assistants during the time I was wearing braces. The first one scratched one of my molars with a sharp tool while putting elastics onto the brackets. As a result, my last molar has this long white line across its surface. The second dental assistant had better skills handling the tools. However, she wasnt very gentle while getting the molds for my removable retainers. I choked and threw up because she pressed the molds onto my teeth too hard. When she removed it, she left me choking and didnt even care helping me getting some napkins to wipe off excessive saliva. She just did not pay any attention to the patient at all. The third dental assistant did an horrible job removing my braces and the glue on my teeth. I understood that the glue was difficult to remove, but I believed she could have done it more gently. I did not like when she stood up and pressed the tool against my front teeth to remove the glue. It was just an unpleasant feeling. Maybe the orthodontist should be the one performing these crucial procedures, or the dental assistants needed to improve their skills in handling dental tools as well as practicing patient care.

Everyone is great!!! Dentist called after every visit to see how I was doing and the staff even help me when I needed it after hours!! The best customer service ever! Thanks guys and gals!

What a welcoming atmosphere! I knew I was in good hands as soon as I walked in. The staff is awesome - super nice and knowledgeable. I never thought going to the dentist could be so nice.
