This place is shady as hell. I was looking for a place that did wisdom teeth extraction and I found this place online. First of all, they never told me that the dentist was not an oral surgeon. It was only after I payed the $35 for X-rays that they told me that the dentist was not an oral surgeon. When I asked them how much would be covered by my insurance (Principal) they said "Because our dentist is not a surgeon, we cannot use your insurance because he will not get payed." That sounds pretty shady to me! As a dentist, why would he not get payed for doing a procedure such as wisdom teeth extraction? So, they said I could pay as a cash patient, $250 for my top wisdom teeth and $400 for my bottom wisdom teeth. I considered their prices because it was still relatively cheap compared to other places. So I said Ill have my bottom two teeth removed for $400 and they set me up for an appointment a week later. I arrive for my appointment and pay my $400. About 5 minutes later, the incompetent receptionist says, "Im sorry, there has been a misunderstanding. The price is $400 per tooth instead of $400 total." I was astounded. They had even called me the day before, confirming my appointment and confirming the $400 that I had to pay. What kind of place is this? How do you make such a big mistake like that? I was infuriated and asked to speak to the dentist. After 5 minutes, the receptionist said "He wont change his prices." I have never been so disrespected before. The dentist refused to even talk to me to fix this HUGE problem. I am glad I didnt have my wisdom teeth removed at this office. The staff was very incompetent and the dentist could not even spare 2 minutes to talk to me. This is not the way business is done, spare yourself and go somewhere else!

I just recently visited this dental office. I was looking for a reasonably priced place and found this dentist. The office is very clean, the front desk ladies were very helpful with all the questions I bombarded them with about my insurance coverage and the Dr. is friendly; seemed genuinely concerned with my dental health. Felt like the place deserved the time out of my day to write a review. Recommended 100%!

Office is clean, especially the restroom. Front ladies are nice and helpful. Dr.Nguyen is friendly, funny, and honest. He listens to me and educates me what I needs to know about my teeth. I like his work done on my teeth with his soft hands. I highly recommend Bammel Dental to my family and all my friends.

Dr. Nguyen is my favorite I wouldnt change to anyone else. I wont let anyone else near my teeth! I always recommend him to everyone and their family. He is very caring and goofy it makes my visit to the dentist actually bearable. He will tell you things straightforward. dont expect anything less!
