The dentist are great but the front desk sucks. I had my wisdom teeth out a few weeks ago. The orthodontist I had was amazing. I have lots of complications in the after math. The front desk said they sent my prescriptions over before the surgery so theyd be ready. I went to pick them up werent there. Never heard from the dentist office. So I called them. Had to call 3 times before I got a hold of them. So I live a day full of pain for them to finally answer and the woman said shed call me back with confirmation. Never did. So I call back 20 minutes before they close. Luckily I got ahold of someone who sent the prescriptions over and actually got sent this time. So I ended up being allergic to the anti biotic tried calling the emergency line. The number went to a clothing store. I called the next business day (monday) couldnt get a hold of no one. Called a few hours later. Never got a hold of someone. My constant struggle with this business is I can never get ahold of anyone. I have had to ask for my copy of the invoices several time. I asked the lady before my surgery to make sure I get my copies. Of course Im on drugs get home later that night notice I got no paper but how to take the medicine. I even went in to get copies and I got someone elses invoice. I can not believe I have called this place at least 10-15 times left messages. Even wrote them and have not gotten a response. I work the hours they are open. I wish I could depend on my dentist office to answer the phone. My left lower side of my face is still numb in a painful way. I hope there is no nerve damage. Because I have done my part of trying to get in contact for my faces sake and now its getting worse. Id hate to have to take this to another level because the feeling in my face is gone and no one. I mean no one will answer or respond to me. I am beyond disappointed. I understand things happen but things could be avoided and or saved if the business would answer.

I had to find a dentist in network with my insurance and decided to try Modern Dentistry and Im so glad I did. This place is amazing. They have the latest and greatest technology, its very clean and the entire staff are extremely friendly. I really like Dr. Waring. She is a very kind and compassionate dentist. She explains everything in detail and wanted me to have the best bridge and made it affordable so that I could have the work done. Her assistant Mariana was the best. She made me feel comfortable through the procedure and did an excellent job on my temporary bridge. Thanks to the entire staff for making my experience the Best. 6 MONTHS LATER UPDATE: Unfortunately, I must update my great review I posted 6 months ago. Im someone who hates to write a bad review, but I must warn the next person looking for a dentist to stay away from this place. I wrote a good review 6 months ago because I did like the place, staff and dentist but I had several problems trying to get my bridge. Dr Waring showed compassion and compensated me for the problems I was having and I was happy with that. I thought my nightmare was over. Now Dr Waring is no longer at this location and New management sends me a bill 6 months later. I called my insurance company to find out why this amount was not paid and was told Champions Modern sent in a claim months later using an invalid code for payment 999. This sounds shady to me so I call and spoke to the new Office Manager Rementri and was told she would call me back and she never did. I call back one week later and left a message for a call back and still no call back. Today I receive a letter from a debt collection agency demanding payment. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to fix this nightmare. I really regret I went to this Location. Dont Make My Mistake!!!

My experience here was not great. I feel that they are very UNORGANIZED. I went in because I had pain in my lower tooth, but I walked out on a payment plan paying for over $1300.00 for a cleaning & wisdom tooth extraction. Now I accepted that I may needed the cleaning, however. I was NOT treated for what I initally went in for. So they eventually scheduled me for the extraction and I had my mom take off to sit with me because I was going under.. So as I was checking in and waited and after 5 hours of waiting. I was told that I can be treated until I pay $300. Why? Because the previous person did not chart my anaesthesia fully. They billed me for the wrong anaesthesia. So at this point Im like no, Ive already spent over $1000 at this point.. I dont just have $200, It was suppose to have been included in the $1300.00. So at that point. I couldnt reschedule for a later day because I was only off on Sundays and mondays at the time, and the doctor was only in on Thursdays and only came once a month... I was so over them. I told them that I will no longer be returning. I still have about $200 left to pay them.. And after that I will be deleting their number and washing my hands with them. My advice. Verify your bill.. Make them explain EVERY detail. They are very kind but I swear to you they are not so together.

Where do I start? I should have seen the 1st part of what happened an omen not to go in there. Im petrified of dentists so I was giving an assurance by the whole staff no its ok the dentist is great blah blah. I was given some nitrate gas...the dentist went in there...gas still not working for me asked to turn up more given a spit more then here comes the shot and it hurt like hell...then drilling OMG it hurt like crazy....hand goes up was told "just breathe thru it" then dentist hits my tooth with drill more pain. If he didnt listen to me then I knew I was in trouble. I was not happy and Bree knew I wasnt and now Im in freaking pain waiting on my crown. Then I was asked why didnt you say anything to us so the dentist could numb it more...my response was I yelped, hands went up then told by dentist just breathe thru it?! Really was that not a sign or was that misinterpreted when I was clenching the chair and yelping? My recommendation keep looking unless you want the pain then perfect fit but if not KEEP LOOKING! I will have to change my insurance once more to get back my old dentist....painfree dentist.

Dr. Adetosoye is amazing. I have been so terrified of using dentist that I have not come back for a tooth cleaning and exam in six years and she was so calming and soothing and kind and so very gentle she will have my business forever. Thanks to dr. Am now over my extreme dental phobia and just kick myself for not finding her and the clinic sooner. The staff is run like a fine oiled machine Tiffany is a fantastic painless hygienist, Christine the office mgr. Absolutely bends over backwards to help you and is so professional and kind, Tasha does the x-rays and is so knowledgeable she needs to become a dentist herself. The whole experience was batting 1000!
