If this wasnt a waste of time, I dont know what was! Made an appointment to have an extraction done. Easy enough. Get there and tell the assistant (Ebony) what the problem was. She did her part and was very pleasant. But after getting poked x-ray Ed and going through the whole process on a Holiday weekend, for an hour, I find out that they dont do wisdom teeth extractions at that location!...What? You gotta go to another location to have that done. Then why the Hell am I here? And how come someone is just now telling me that? The front office personnel dont know that? When you have a pressing need to get something done, I dont care about teeth whiting, Beat headphones, Netflix or any of the other gimmicky things. I have a right now problem, you can keep the other stuff that tickle the ears. Pissed poor communication and horrible experience. As a business owner I know how these reviews can make or break your business. But I when my place is open, I am open! Not half of the menu, or some of the menu, but if I say I offer this service, then when you show up, you can take full advantage of that service. I wont have you come in, sit down, go through everything and then tell you, OH, by the way, we dont serve that here. What kind of mess is that? I left the whiting trays and prescription there at the office. I wont have any thing to do with this place at all. And Ill be sure to tell everyone I know about this. Just a terrible waste of time!!!!

I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE deal with This fraud of a company ! I went almost a month ago to get an cleaning it took two and a half hours of just waiting after my exam for them to ask me did I want to come back for my cleaning. I had things to do so I agreed. I went back last Wednesday for my cleaning and for for fillings. They knocked the cleaning out then I waited for about an hour for them to start the fillings. I was numbed and ready to go in the middle of the filling the dentist LEFT FOR AN HOUR ( and I know it was an hour because watch an episode of a Netflix show) then came back to start on the filling but she numbed me Again . She then left AGAIN for almost another hour came back numbed up again then continued. 4 and a half hours later I was leaving the dental office and was told the numbing selling was going to go away within 2 hours. Here it is Five days later and my mouth is still numb and swollen. I tried to call the dental office but its closed due to the storm and so were others due to hurricane Harvey. I then call the Mint Dentistry call center to ask what should I do and the employee JAYE as she spelled it out for me RIGHT BEFORE she HUNG up in my face after offer no sympathy nor help which I knew she couldnt I just wanted to ask if I should go To the emergency or when would I be able to see a dentist . MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. EVER !!

Today was my first time in a looong time going to the dentist..... its true, Im a procrastinator .... but trying to be a juggler by scheduling more than on appt. or errand on your one off day is no fun. Ive actually had to reschedule 3 times before coming in today. My experience here today was the very best, from being greeted by Brandon( the front desk specialist) to Nesha (the dental asst) , both was very friendly . I was offered water, an iPod (to put in my demographics & to listen to Pandora or watch a movie while waiting to be seen-10 mins). After getting in the room Nesha put on a movie foe me while explaining all that was to be done today..... X-rays & dr visit ( very informative), after Dr Adegun ( very friendly as well) came in to do the exams, she suggested my plan ( only one cavity-needed a filling+ deep cleaning . Vy(the asst mang) came in to explain my financial part of the visit, -(very friendly).My dental hygentist(Jimin) was the best. She explain what she was going to do.We listened to Pandora ( Al Jarreau)while she was doing the deep cleaning. She was soo gentle I was almost falling to sleep....Did I NOT mention that while I was laying back in the dental chair that it was massaging my back.. Needless to say, I look forward to coming back...........WAY TO GO MINT DENTISTRY

Mint Dentistry In spring did a wonderful job. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The office is very modern and full of all kinds of technology! When you first walk in you are given a small iPad to input all your information ( mine froze but they helped me out and everthing went smooth). You are allowed to hold on to your iPad while you wait to watch Netflix or surf the web! When you are taken to the back they ask you if you would like to watch Netflix or listen to music while sitting in a message chair! Man it was very relaxing while you wait for your exam to start! The Dental assistance were very informative about explaining what they were doing and what was happening next. When the actual dentist came in she was very nice and explained to me how to improve teeth health. This has been the best dentist I have been to since living in Houston. Defiantly coming back.

Mint Dentistry is AMAZING!!! I seriously have never had a good experience at the dentist until my visit to Mint. It was LIT! The front desk was extremely attentive and polite and the entire building was very clean. Every single staff member was very friendly. I loved watching Netflix and listening to music while having my teeth worked on. The chair was extremely comfortable as well. I really felt that they cared for ME and MY HEALTH, and were not trying to rip me off, but instead they were telling me the cheapest route to go about the work I needed. The Doctor even told me what work isnt necessary. I felt extremely taken care of and I cant wait to recommend my family and friends. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND GO HERE! I had Dr.Jordan and his assistant was Elizabeth, they were so amazing!! It was mint to be! :)

Im a first time patient at Mint Dentistry and I have to say that Ive never experienced a dental visit like this one. I had a very bad experince with my previous dentist and was in a hurry to get a tootg removed. I came here after hearing about it on the radio and feom friends. Let me just say Mint Dentistry is the nicest dental office i have ever been to, they greet you with welcoming smiles and make tou feel like youve been a patient for years. The dental assistants are the sweetest Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Nadea is absolutely wonderful, she cares about you as a person not about how much money she can get out of you doing things you really dont need. The people at Mint Dentistry have really shown me that you can have a luxurious dental experience.

Never in a million years I would think I would enjoy a dentist visit, but for the first time I truly enjoyed my visit at Mint.. It was very pleasant from the start. Easy to make an appointment. The front desk was very nice and made me feel welcome. The dental assistant Elizabeth was also very kind and fully explained everything I need to know. The Dentist Dr. Jordan was very knowledgeable and kind.. and Chanekwa gave the best cleaning that I ever had. Mint is very relaxing.. You can listen to Pandora, Netflix or Hula and the chairs even give you a message... Everyone was great.. Thank you Mint for the Great visit.. I cant believe I look forward to my next visit.
