Hello, my very first experience with this Dental office was not good. The Treatment coordinator at that time, was very rude. While im being examined by the dental assistant, the treatment coordinator walks up to me and slams the clip board on my chest and says "Here...you need to sign this form"! I was so upset and disappointed in office and the treatment I received on my very first office visit. Whats sad is I paid $1300 out of pocket for a Teeth and gum cleaning that day. As time went by, I started noticing that the Dentist staff and Doctor were very unprofessional, unorganized, and dishonest. I had my first 2 filings done for $800 out of pocket, and I went back the next month for a bridge for $2000 out of pocket. After the bridge implant, the Dental assistant told me that I I had to get filings again on the same 2 teeth. I told the assistant that I already had the filings done last month, why do they have to be done again? She advised that her records show that they have not been done yet so she had to schedule me for the appointment. During my second visit for fillings, the Doctor filled 1 of the same teeth again and I noticed him looking at my mouth diagram on the computer, and he says wait a minute, ive already done these fillings before then he all of a sudden tells me....okay your all done now, I want have to do the other filling, your free to go. I feel that he realized that he made a mistake and he admitted to the mistake, but I was still charged again for the filling. My last phone call with the doctors office, the lady in billing advised that I have a balance owed for $591, I asked what is this for? She said its for a filling... I said what filling, it was already done last year in 2013. Then she said owe im sorry, this was a part of the surgery you had done January 2014. I told her why is there a balance, I was told that the entire procedure for my tooth implants would cost $5999. per the special the dental office advertised. Last year in August 2013, I had my first surgery to add bone for the teeth implants, the cost was over $3000. The second surgery I had was this year 2014, and it was to add the screws for the teeth implants, the cost was over $2000. The billing person tells me that now I need to get a bridge for the implants..... She tells me that the cost for the bridge will be around $3000... This means that I will be paying $3000 over the advertised special I was offered and agreed to for $5999. I decided to go get a second opinion from another Dentist office! My new Dentist advised there is not a way for Emily Grahtsm Dentist office to add a bridge when I have no bone.! That information helped me wise up and decide to end my relationship with Emily Graham DDS Dentist office. Its clear that I was over charged and received poor service from the staff. I hope whoever reads this takes this serious!!!! I would not recommend this dental office to anyone...

Every year I send my 2 grown children in for teeth cleanings as a birthday gift to them since they do not have dental insurance. Ive always used my dentist for this, but I decided to use Dr. Emily Graham this time because she offered a special $77 cleaning and exam for new patients. I sent them both in on the same day, but separate appointments. They were both offered cosmetic procedures, shown before & after pictures (what they would like like after elective cosmetic procedures), and offered botox as well as other aesthetic procedures -- mind you, they are 22 and 24 years old with perfectly fine teeth and both had braces as teenagers. Xrays were taken but Dr. Grahams office did NOT perform cleanings on either. Instead, they were both given quite hefty "estimates" for extensive deep cleanings, multiple cavities and follow up procedures adding up to thousands of dollars. Theyve both had their teeth cleaned every year and we had never heard of such bad dental diagnosis on either of them before this visit. I instructed both of them to leave immediately and I had several phone conversations with the staff & manager of the clinic. Despite my disputes and in depth phone conversations with Dr. Grahams office, my credit card was charged $77 for each. So it added up to $154 for my adult kids to waste hours of their day (off work and out of school) and have NOTHING done to benefit them. Total rip off alert. After sending them back to my original dentist, their teeth were cleaned, xrays done, and they were sent home with a clean bill of dental health. This place is a huge scam. I will write a review on every website I can and I will also filed a complaint with the BBB.

I got this Dentist from Living magazine. I assumed because of their AD in this "trusted" magazine, that I would go there. My dental work is old, & I know Im in need of dental work. GET THIS, THE AD READ, "FREE EXAM AND X-RAYS", which I presented to check in, as a new patient. During exam, it was " Highly Suggested" that I get an exam for "cancer"... Scary, as I recently went thru breast bioaspy @MD Anderson. The technician informed me it would be $41 for this extra service. This exam took about 3minutes max, for the Technician to rub the rubber gloves she worn around my mouth. Told me it looked " OK"..yes, "OK". At the time to check out the finance person said my bill was $118. I presented the AD, & ask what was the extra money for, as the exam for " Cancer" was $41, and their AD read "FREE" EXAM & X-RAYS. I WAS THEN INFORMED THAT THE AD WAS FOR "1 TOOTH"; I WAS SO THROWN BACK, BECAUSE WHO GOES TO A DENTIST TO ESTABLISH THEMSELVES AS A NEW PATIENT FOR 1 TOOTH, UNLESS I WAS ONLY GOING FOR A PROBLEM WITH 1 TOOTH? AT THUS POINT AFTER 2 HRS, seeing 3 people, & the Dentist, I lost it. Here I am, as a New Patient PAYING CASH, AND THEIR NOT HONOURING THEIR AD. I GAVE THEM $100; THAT I AM REQUESTING TO BE REFUNDED TO ME. ANY KIND OF TRUST WENT OUT THE WINDOW. I FIGURE IF THEY DONT HONOR AN AD OFFER; WHEN IM ABOUT TO SPEND A FEW THOUSAND DOLLARS, ALL THIS DENTIST WAS ABOUT TO DO WAS VIOLATE ME FOR MONEY, EVERY DIRECTION. 1 TOOTH? 1 WORD GREED, EXPLAINS THIS DENTIST. I AM REPORTING HER TO THE BBB, AND REQUESTING MY $100 BE REFUNDED.

Disaster. First dentist did evaluation to extract 1 tooth, and prep for implant. Returned for procedure 2nd dentist extracts 2 teeth, does no prep for implant. When I figured out what had happened, of course Dr. Graham gets involved and blames dentist 1 who no longer worked there as leaving insufficient or wrong notes. She did not cut the bill either. I was diagnosed also with gum disease and charged a ton for deep cleaning. Come to find out 3 teachers my wife works with in their 20s were also diagnosed with gum disease. Then lastly one of her techs reports getting stuck by a needle that had been used on me. So, I had to take another part of a day off to go get HIV tested as their protocol dealing with these type of incidents. I did not mind for the techs peace of mind, but it was an inconvenience and added to my anger over the extraction mess up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
