The admission and discharge planners are awful to work with. It is obvious that their knowledge of private insurance and medicaid is questionable because we were consistently told one thing by one individual and a different story by another. We are well educated consumers and I was insulted by the treatment we received by one discharge planner in particular. Despite the wonderful rehabilitation we received-I felt that our discharge was poorly planned and this was costly in the total recovery of my brother. I would think twice before using this facility.

A quarter to half the time of many visits to their psych were spent down talking and falsely trying to debunk the Bible and Christianity. I thank God that I was well grounded in my faith to Jesus the King and His living Word, it breaks my heart to think of others with a less solid foundation facing Greg Nordlohs attack on Truth. It would be four stars for the great physical, occupational, and neuro rehabilitation Ive had there. otherwise.

After spending one hour there waiting to begin tests, they refused to honor my appointment because I had my child with me. This was after waiting 6 months to be seen! They began the appointment and then said that I would have to leave. I talked to "Quality Control" and they took no concern whatsoever. Do yourself a favor, find better care than this.
