I love the care from the physicians, but as far as the reception and getting answers via phone calls, I swear there are some of the rudest individuals I have ever met. I get cut off and redirected to the ER for no reason at all, then the lady at the ER proceeds to tell me my situation isnt an emergency, which I already knew, and says I need to do this and that and hangs up. Like, I understand they answer the phone and answer questions all day and that may be tiring and irritating, but dont take that out on the people trying to get help. The healthcare system in this country needs a lot of improvement so that we have happy individuals answering the phones and showing some respect.

I came to the pain management and they treat you like everyone is a drug addict I notified the assistant of me using the rest room and still no one gave me proper utensils so i used it any way after going back to see the doctor and seen i havent gave a sample he then put me back into the lobby to sit another hour when i came from taking a smoke break they prompted me to take a swab test which i did then they brought me to the front where no one was for 27 mins its a mess I dont wanna come back

All staff was excellent very friendly and compassionate my mom was on giles2 only one bad experience had a very rude unprofessional nurses manager never introduced herself talked down to me and my mother and was discussing her care plan and we had never wet this lady before how does she know what the care plan was I was just finding out the problem myself

Knowledgeable nurses, doctors, receptionists, etc. Thats all cancelled out by how ridiculously unrespectably they treat the patients and their loved ones.
