TL;DR: To me, this business is the new standard by which others will be rated. They have it all. I just experienced world-class customer service, top-quality dental work, and undeniable value. I give this one my highest recommendation. Long version: I arrived at my convenience, having neither visited before nor called ahead. At the time of my arrival, I was a bundle of nerves but had one nerve that was getting on my nerves, you could say. I was experiencing that "lightning-in-the-jaw" sensation that happens when a nerve is infected, and got zapped a few times just after arrival. I was already glad I had found this place. Within 10 minutes, I was in an exam room sitting in one of their (massaging) chairs. Mel, the dental assistant, is a perfect fit for his role--eager to please and professional, he worked and at the pace I would hope for when I am in pain and needing relief urgently--quickly and efficiently, but not rushed. Within 30 minutes of arrival, my pain was **gone**. That fact alone speaks volumes of this practices streamlined operation. At other locations, Ive spent more time than that while waiting to be seen and reading magazines I had no interest in. Dr. Stratman treated me. He was likewise courteous and eager to help, with excellent people skills. He explained my options and was ready to take care of my issue immediately. I was thoroughly impressed at his professionalism, skill, and efficiency. Within 90 minutes of arriving, I was walking out the door, fixed but not broke. Even without insurance, my bill was less than Id paid at other dentists, even when I DID have dental insurance. The prices here are a phenomenal value, considering the quality of care, low wait times, and convenience. Now its the day after, and I am experiencing less pain than the last time I had a similar procedure. Sweet, sweet relief! My only suggestion for improvement would be to put a PlayStation in the waiting room (ha)... to keep employee morale high when business is slow. This practice has excellent staff and it would be a shame to lose any of them. Being serious again, if you need emergency dental services, this business is an excellent choice. Believe me when I say you wont regret it.

Great, kind and intelligent staff. They dont rush you and they make you feel like an important client no matter what. I was there with horrid pain as I stopped taking good care of my teeth and now have an extreme amount of damage concerning my teeth.I was there 6 to 7 hours and not a minute of it bad. I really felt comfortable and confident about fixing my teeth and thats all thanks to the staff and their talent. Dr.Franco is the best and very much gifted in his field. He is straight to the point and always recommends what is best for the client. Hes very cautious and yet quick which is a great pairing while having your teeth ripped out lol. I would also recommend Nicole, his dental assistant, who was beyond talented, and funny and helps you to realize theres nothing to be nervous about. She is also very strait to the point but puts it in terms that helps you to understand what is about to happen. Shes a huge reason why Ill return to have more teeth worked on and Im an hour away. Also another fantastic woman named Amber, who seemed to be floating around everywhere doing variety of jobs. She smiled constantly and politely, she went over all of my expenses and paperwork with me clearly and quickly, and best yet she was just friendly. Finally a receptionist named April who was polite and nice and welcomed you with a great attitude and a a smile. She hands you a pile of paperwork that seems a mile long, so dont huff at her, shes great. Lol. She kept my husband updated on my progress regularly and knew all the answers to questions I felt i had to ask her out of nervousness. Overall, this dentist office makes you feel comfortable and confident. They go out of their way to make sure youre taken care of and feeling good about the options youve just been shown. In 25 years I havent been to a dentist that nice in its ways. They are genuinely there for you and your needs. Over 50% of the reason Ill return is due to their attitudes and individual personalities. If youre having tooth pain or any tooth issues or even just need a simple cleaning, I obviously highly recommend you go here.

I really dont know what to say. I came into their office crying and in pain, and left only crying. Allow me to explain, I had a broken wisdom tooth and it was causing me some discomfort . Of course the front desk attendee was; kind, understanding, very detailed, and showed empathy to my situation. Nothing out of the ordinary from text book teaching, but the fact that after the service( My oral examination ) she pulled me aside and recommended me to a sister company across town who could better help me. (Due to unforeseen circumstances of my teeth alignment.) I was extremely emotional and was from out of state, so trying to find a DDS or DMD so short notice was difficult. To add i had little capital and was afraid that they would not accept me, but she pulled out all the stops and applied discounts that i qualified for at the facility. It was really an amazing feeling to see professionals perform with such high dignity and care for an individual.. Keep in mind the way i was dressed was as someone coming out from the streets. If i do say so my self, youll at both facility did an amazing job taking care of patients. Thank you to Dr.Thomas Ringenberg, DDS for making this experience not so painful shall we say. I really appreciate it ,will be in touch soon. I defiantly will be recommending & informing to all partys of the great job you have all done. Best Regards b

I went in around midnight & even though there were atleast 4 ahead also waiting they got in me in as soon as possible. The staff was friendly & very alert for that time of day. I explained my anxiety & fear of needles to Dr. Elbarawy but I sensed he wanted to help me get out of my pain quicker by injecting the anesthesia & trying to numb the area first. He warned me the sedation pills would only relax me not necessarily put me out of my pain. So I gave in & trusted the doc. They do this for countless times a day, months...I was positive he knew what he was doing. With tears flowing down my face I felt he was genuinely apologetic of the agony I was experiencing. I just had to suck it up & accept what was best for the moment. I was allowed to relax for a long time to let the medicine wear in entirely & Dr. Elbarwy remained to be as gentle (and tough enough to remove the stubborn teeth) as possible while I was awake. I would recommend anyone who truly has an emergency tooth ache to visit here. But I will advice you adults to spare such horrific pain & schedule yourself at an specialized oral surgery practice ahead of time (bc you KNOW those teeth grow eventually) where you can properly be put to sleep so you wont endure the pain & experience the harshness that comes with it.
