If I could give them 0 Stars I would theres been two different occasions that I have been treated extremely rude the first was I scheduled an appointment to have a tooth repaired because I was in a lot of pain when I showed up to my appointment the lady informs me that it was for a tooth cleaning thats what they scheduled me for and I made sure that I told them on the phone when I set the appointment that I need an appointment to have a tooth fixed the lady at the front desk told me there was nothing they could do for me and that I needed to reschedule an appointment on a different date in mind you this was over New Years Eve weekend the second occasion was today I called in this morning at 7 AM and asked to get an appointment to have one of my teeth fixed the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude to me telling me that it had been over a year since I had been in treating me like I was a child and scolding me she then told me that she could schedule me a block of time but all her dentist for booked so she scheduled me in to get seen and she said that they might be able to get to do my teeth if the doctor has a cancellation after my appointment therefore this appointment was set for 1:20 I called the lady on my way to the appointment and she told me that they would not have time to fix it

Horrible customer service by the dentist. My 4yr old son cracked his tooth that apparently had a cavity. We call and make an emergency visit for the next day. We get there, great CS by the staff. We have a new nurse who tries to xray my son. My son also had a cold and xrays were not going to happen because my son kept gagging. So the male asian dentist comes in for 2 mins tops. I can tell hes not happy there are no xrays. He says my son needs a baby root canal and to make appointment. I couldnt believe it. My son has been crying for a couple of days and we have to wait now for next appt. So we make appt for my son 2 days later. On route, on the morning of, dental office calls us and tell us they have to refer us a pediatric dentist. Like i said, customer service by the dentist, not staff is horrible. We will never return.

Dont send your kids here. I took my 5 year old to this dentist and they told me she had 2 cavities. So we booked an appointment to get them filled and had to wait 6 weeks. Two day before they called and confirmed the appointment and we were go to go right. WRONG. The very next day they called back and said "we need to refer you to another dentist because your 5 year old was not a corporative" during the cleaning 6 weeks prior. REALLY... nice. Then, I (mom) went in for a cleaning and took my 5 yr old with me. (2 weeks after her cleaning) She got skolded for taking a toy out of the treasure chest in the lobby. The woman at the front said "what are you doing. Those arent for you, they are for our patients". WOW. Turns out. It was a blessing to be refered to the OTHER dentist.

Awful, awful, awful! My husband wanted a porcelain filling instead of Mercury, which our insurance covers and they told him that our insurance doesnt cover it and it would be $350 for one filling! Ive had porcelain fillings at this office so I know they are covered. I called to question this and they wouldnt even speak to me even with my husband giving a verbal that they could discuss it with me. I work in a doctors office and I know they can accept a verbal. I feel like this is another case of taking advantage of low income families. Just because we are on U care doesnt mean we are uneducated. Everyone should be treated with respect regardless of their financial status. Needless to say, we wont be going back.

My husband does like this dentist. they do great work. But feels like they push cleanings on patients too hard. From a customer standpoint, it feels like they are trying real hard to keep thier denal hygienist in work. My husbans last cleaning was very painfull, and cant take regular pain meds ( ulcers, alt liver enzymes risen). So he was in pain for 2 days after. I dont understand why the cant diagnose, without a cleaning? Just brush teeth, rinse, and diagnose. He had to schedule a cleaning, I just hope they less abrasive this time around.

See all the 1 star reviews?? Take heed! They canceled my appointment with only a few minutes notice. My only option at that point was to wait another month for an appointment. They were clearly unapologetic about my inconvenience. All for a podunk dentist located in a run-down strip mall. The dank little office looked as though they hadnt invested in their business since the 90s. This is the kind of business that needs to go belly-up.

Problems with your teeth will give you mega pain and sadness with losing them. Gentle Dentistry is my permanent "Angels of Mercy. Naming a few is Dr Kinny,Dr. yahgi, Dr. Alb, Kristen, Randy , Jenna, Rommi, and so many more. They have all held my hand and said," Ill take care of you. Keep up the good work, Gentle Denistry! GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CALLED AT 1:30 ON 7.25.16 GOT APPOINTMENT AT 3:30 SAME DAY WAS GREETED AS SOON AS I CAME IN I DID PAPERWORK WAS SEATED IN CHAIR BEFORE I FINISHED. IM 43 AND HATE GOING TO DENIST. I HAD XRAY TAKEN AND EXPLAINED OPTIONS VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WILL BE OUR FAMILY DENIST FROM NOW ON THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE. THANKS

So, nobody likes going to the dentist, but you really should go. These guys do a good job of telling you whats going on, and minimizing anxiety and pain. They can be a little busy, so plan on calling ahead for an appointment if you can. The staff has always been good natured and helpful. I have never felt sold to as happens at some other dentists offices.

I am not sure why this place got bad reviews. The staff is very friendly. I had Dr.Ho who is awesome. He explained everything he was doing at every step. Constantly checking to see how I was doing. I did not feel any pain during the drilling and filling! Great place. I am going back for all future dental needs.

We took our 2 1/2 year old here. Thought she was scared at first the dentist did an amazing job at calming her down. The dentist showed her the tools and even let her play with some of them. Atthe end of the apt, she walked out smiling and fearless. :)
