Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a sports physical . The receptionist on the phone was rude but I schedule anyways because they were close to the house and we had been there once before . The day of the appointment my son took off work early and we showed up at 3:54pm for a 3:50pm appt . We were told we needed to reschedule because we were 4 minutes late and they had already moved on to other patients . Unbelievably horrible customer service and just plain rude . I had already gone online and filled out all the paperwork but there was nothing they could do . I will never go back there again ! If you go there make sure you bill them for every minute you have to wait ! They are certainly not patient friendly .

Best doctor EVER! Dr. Osborn is very in tune with whatever is going on with you. Great personality, excellent memory, addresses your concerns no matter how silly they seem to be and gives GREAT explanations in plain-speak! I actually KNOW what is going on after he talks instead of smoke&mirrors Ive experienced with other doctors. He watches out for your budget and only recommends things you NEED done!
