Mi padre es quien está siendo tratado en este lugar, su médico es el Dr. GuillGuillermo Mendoza. El Dr. Guillermo Mendoza es un profesional con un sentido humano increíble, se siente el interés en el tratamiento de sus pacientes. Sólo hemos tenido dos consultas con él pero en estas nos dedicó el tiempo para explicarnos todo lo concerniente a los diagnósticos de mi padre, le dio una recomendaciones. Un médico no es sólo quien te receta medicamentos es quien tiene en manos tu vida y el Dr. MENDOZA cumple con todas las características de un excelente médico y ser humano. Me siento triste que ya no vaya a ser el médico de mi papá. En cuestión administrativa nunca hemos tenido problemas, las citas han sido puntuales y el personal muy amable.

Dr Badola has been our primary care doctor for about a year now and we have tried to give her a fair shot. We tried to look past the lack of caring or interest in the patients health. I honestly dont know why she is in medicine. I usually dont try write bad reviews or even any reviews but my wife and I felt we needed to warn people. The staff is helpful up to a point, I am not sure if its family care as a company or their office but our insurance company sent document after document to them and they always say they never received it. I even as the insurance company to send me the documents at the same time and I received it while the had no knowledge. This is after verifying the address several times. We felt like we were doing their job for them. Not sure how primary care doctors work but we could never get any kind of time in case of emergency or any follow ups. She we just there to write referrals all day long. We have been asking around for a better doctor, and the ER ladies at ORMC suggested Dr. Pattisapu. As a disclaimer Dr. Badola has requested that we find another primary care doctor because of language I used when frustrated with the documentation ordeal.

Dr Mendoza is a great doctor he is new at this location but Ive been a patient of his for years now hes very compassionate and listen and takes good care of his patients
