As a new patient I was treated like crap by the women who scheduled the appointments and the "manager" of the office. I was never told on the phone that I had to complete my new patient paperwork as many doctors allow you to do it in the office. I did recieve a voicemail telling me to come in but never did it it state that my appointment would be cancled if i didnt. I work 5 to 6 days a week and could not make it in however the manger of the office that is extreamly rude may I add did not want to hear me out. All she kept saying was that it was written in the charts that she called and left me voicemails. Worst experience ever and I will gladly take my buisness elsewhere!

Dr. Altino and nurse Johanna are great. Personable, caring and quick to the point. The rest of the office staff is miserable. They are rude, unhelpful and show clear disdain for their jobs. This includes the office manager who is the worst and shows very clearly she doesnt care about patients whatsoever. I recommend Dr. Altino and hope his staff is let go.

Dr Altino and staff are the greatest. I have no idea what the problem is with those other folks, I am treated like family. I moved clear across town and it takes me an hour to get to his office and there are Drs aplenty within a ten minute drive. I drive the hour without complaint. He found things the VA missed for years. I owe my life to that crew.
