I have been going here since 2006 and getting the same prescription every 6 months since. Recently they changed their Doctor and the nurse practitioner that I have been seeing for the last 9 years is on maternity leave. So I went in to see a different nurse practitioner to get my prescription refilled. Now that theres this *new* doctor, she has stricter rules for getting prescriptions according to the nurse practitioner I saw. So she asked me why I take the medication and how often, so I told her. Then she leaves for awhile to talk to the doctor... instead of the doctor coming to see me and talk to me, the nurse practitioner comes back with the dates that I get my prescription and accuses me of lying and says that I refill the prescription every month so I must take it every day. I tried to explain to her that getting a refill every 6 months of only 4 30-day prescriptions cannot equal out to taking the medicine every single day. Now after being prescribed this medication that works for 9 years, they will no longer prescribe it to me and have told me to go see a psychiatrist, which I cannot afford. This is not the only time they have made me feel uncomfortable about medication. They have even drug tested me in the past, which I had to pay for out of my pocket. These experiences have not been pleasant and only recently has this started happening. I think its time to look for a new family doctor.

Ive NEVER seen a doctor here. My previous PCP closed her office, and dropped off all her patients record at this facility. Its over 3 months, they WILL NOT send my records to my NEW PCP. I was told ,YOU NEED TO PAY BEFORE YOU GET YOUR RECORDS. Its over 3 months and several request from me and my doctor. They will NOT be courteous enough to send my 20+yrs records to my new PCP. IMO, this is bad practice, theyre only out for money, and the STAFF. Smh...needs retraining. How can a Dr I NEVER SEEN OWN my records? I explained I cant get my treatment without my records. Again, PAYMENT was bought up. And they are in my NETWORK, so. Its sad that they, IMO, are desperate to hold not only mine and my familys records, how ABOUT THE ELDERLY and sickly, FOR MONEY. Im happy those who have great service, but, try going to see another doctor, you will have to PAY.

My husband has gone to this practice for years now and feels that his health is well taken care of and that the doctors and staff are all very professional. I have been going there for just one year but am pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. I like that Dr. Christensen takes as much time as needed to listen to you and also that she sends a summary of your visit right away to your patient portal. Appointments were easy to schedule and when sick, got in within a days notice. I have not waited in the office for more than 15 minutes.

They only care about the money and they got mad at me for not coming in as quick as they wanted. I explained to them that my insurance was not paying.I have lupus and diabetes and they sent me a letter saying I was not allowed back and not my husband either. I had a hard time getting my lupus medicine and they would hold your persciptions back from you to make you come in. They even revolked my husbands medicine after he already turned it in to walgreens for no reason. The staff is unprofessional but I think this is a blessing in disguise

After 20 years with Dr. Krupitsky he went to a membership based practice so that only people that can afford to pay him a retainer plus your insurance coverage. I feel betrayed. The staff is atrocious about customer service and phone skills. One hand does not know what the other is doing. Then 5 months into a allergy injection regimen, the program is cancelled with no warning. Dr.K is a great doctor but I will not be going back for obvious reasons. Complete betrayal.

Ive read a few comments with bad reviews and must say, Ive never had a bad experience with my practitioners. The girls answer my calls without an automated voice prompt and get me in as soon as they can. My wait in the lobby hasnt been over ten minutes and my practitioners come into my treatment room quickly, make eye contact, smile, shake my hand and listen to me speak without rushing me or trying to get me out the door. They have me as a loyal patient. Bravo.

I kept going there because of the P.A.s theyve had over the years. I never liked Dr. Krupitsky. Ive only seen him twice in 15 years. My favorite was Lindsey Wolfe. She is very much missed by me. The new Dr. acts like she was born with no emotion. She never ask you personal questions about your health or get to know you. Im the patient. I deserve their undivided attention when its my time. Im researching new doctors now.

I waited an hour and a half for an appointment I scheduled days in advance , after reminding the staff about my midterm they kept dismissing my regards , they took patients in that came way after me and even sales representatives , I am so disappointed that they took 8 people that came after me before me way after my appointment should have happened .but the doctor was very nice and helpful

Best medical team in Central Florida. Bar none. Runs on time, amazing care and humane treatment no matter what ails you. I highly recommend Dr. Kupritsky and his team of professionals to everyone who has ever asked me for a referral. I feel their lifes work is on point. Their emphasis is on developing a preventative stance towards your health.

This office is suspected of violating Federal HIPAA regulations by not providing patient records in a timely manner and charging exorbitant fees for records release. Multiple complaints have been filed with OCR.

Ive been going here for almost 3 years now. The staff had always been great ,never had a problem with any of them. The new M.D. is wonderful I love her. Shes always friendly and very informative when I go.
