she is not bad ...i have some health issues ...there is a language barrier, but she does listen and address the concerns ... the staff is friendly and cordial ...reasonably priced compared to other doctors in the area ...i was in the hospital a few times and she took the time to view my chart and help me ... she is very busy ...but she spends a good 10 mins with you ...what else can you ask for ? better than the ER ...

I didnt arrive early due to my own delays. Paperwork was finished 10 minutes after my appointment time, then waited over an hour to be seen. Once I got in it went pretty smoothly. Competent employees. Pros: nice staff, played Ellen in the waiting room and had lolipops to chew on, quick and relatively painless procedure. Cons: pay upfront before you see the doctor, wait times (although understandable).

Ive been seeing Dr. Masid since 2013. Pros - Staff is very Friendly - Clean Cons - Long waits most of the times - Appointments are hard to come by ASAP usually at least a week/2 week wait. Dr. Masid is unique, most of the times shes nice, caring, and a great doctor but some days its as if she doesnt care. It just depends on which Doctor you get that day.

I love Dr Masid. All my life ive been dealing with MS and Lupus. And finally she was the one that diagnosed them. Now Im getting treatment and feel alot better
