The office manager is unprofessional and uncaring. When a doctor tells you you need lab work done asap and the office manger tells you they are booked for lab work until next week and laughs at you for being upset that you have to anxiously wait a week for tests then more time for the results, its unacceptable. When I asked to speak with the Doctor who had ordered the test I was told that she would not speak with me and that she is booked with appointments the rest of the day. Another words, that was her way of telling me to go away and the doctors not going to help me either. They dont truly care about helping people. I even told her I would pay another copay to speak with the doctor just to be able to get my concerns heard. The office manager made it clear that she couldnt make money off of that because insurance wouldnt justify it. Ive never been treated so poorly by a physicians office not willing to admit they handled a situation incorrectly.

Dr.Bonaquist was great. She listened and never rushed my appointments. Was always professional and thorough. Took the time to explain things to me. I wish she was still my doctor. The facility is clean and new. I also appreciated the short wait times. Unfortunately I moved away, thus the reason I deducted a star - after several attempts with a medical release form the office never faxed over my medical history to my new doctor. It was strange and made things harder for me getting my medications and things. The transition could have been so much smoother but they never responded at all to my new doctors office.

I am very happy to find the doctor for my kiddos that cares. Dr. Martinez is great with the little ones too. The wait is minimal, less than 5 minutes and the stuff is very friendly! I called once 15 minutes before closing time and they took us in, amazing! Some doctors make money of their super expensive prescriptions, he is the opposite, I always know I got the best deal. Would highly recommend to an adult or the kids.

The lack of professionalism among the staff and physician is disappointing and frankly shocking. Great first impression followed by terrible patient care. Mixing up of patient situation and failure to correct the issue was appalling. It was so poorly handled that this is the first time I have ever taken the time to wright a negative review.

Dr. Martinez is competent, patient, and friendly. He takes the time to address issues in addition to reasons for a specific appointment. Although I am only 76, he was willing to do whatever he could to help me reach my goal of living to 120 :-)
