The exam process was quick and easy. They have up to date testing devices and I opted for the retina exam which was a little pricey but worth the piece of mind. The sales associate Whitney (Julianne Moores younger look alike) was very helpful and friendly. It has been many, many years since Ive had to pick out glasses and the styles looked all the same to me. Whitney did the picking and I couldnt be happier so far. I prefer to do one stop shopping whenever I can and LensCrafters allows for this. Glasses were ready in one hour! Just dont expect a cheap price for the entire experience. If your time is valuable then this makes sense.

My experience at Lenscrafters (12 Oaks Mall) was wonderful. Dr. Easter did a great job explaining the eye exam process and took time to answer any question I asked. I did not feel rushed, even though they were very busy. The team at Lenscrafters are very personable and I love the way they used their Ipads to put several pictures of me with several different pair of glasses, side by side for comparison. It really helped to decide what pair of glasses looked the best on me. Great experience over all. I would recommend to everyone to try out Lenscrafters.

It was an amazing visit, I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Sarah showed me around and asked me a few questions I had my exam with Dr. Jeff and through it all it was just a good experience. After the exam Sarah help me choose a few frames and I ended up walking out of there with a new pair of glasses and I think a couple new friends. I will definitely back! thank you
