This was the most awful insurance and customer service experience I have experienced with any medical professional. The comments above about not "upselling" were the complete opposite of my experience. There are laminated ads scattered all throughout the waiting area for daily contact lenses which are much more profitable for optometrists. They also put me through 4 different vision machines which were billed to my insurance provider for literally hundreds of dollars -- about $800 total when it was all said and done. I was billed for a field vision exam that never actually took place and was also given contacts that were weaker than the strength I had prior, even through my vision had actually worsened. Overall, a horrendous experience and borderline crooked considering the amount billed to my insurance company for no reason at all (I literally went there to get more contact lenses...and unbeknownst to me figured out that it was later documented that I was a glaucoma candidate (at age 27?) and had susceptibility to dry eye, even though the doctor never once had this conversation with me. This was the first time in my life that I felt that my eye doctor was in it for the business/money instead of actually having any sort of vested interest or attention to my overall health. (How could they miss my actual prescription strength noted in my file and give me a lower prescription?) They also literally wouldnt let me leave with my standard lenses and insisted that I "trial" the dailies, which I hated. The receptionists are all trained to push these on you. HORRIBLE!

Dont go here! Glasses are beyond expensive, I just got new lens they finally came in after about a week, they have no one to cut the glass for the frames 6/28. They said come in on Friday 7/8 will be able to cut your frames today, come in Friday they said youll have to come back Wednesday or Thursday because our lady is not here to do it today and the other staff does not how to work the machine. Then the doctor is telling me I have glaucoma when I dont have it and prescribing all these eye drops. If you do go for an appointment be ready to sit in the room awhile because the doctor and nurse could not get the computer and projector to work. Longest eye doctor appointment I have ever had! Most last like 1/2 hour I think this was going on for an hour or more, and we hadnt even to begin to look at glasses.

Going from an eye doctor I have used for over 30 yrs I was nervous -but from the appointment to the doctor I was met with professionalism and friendliness - so nice to move into the new era of eye care, exams and machines - walked away a very happy customer with non dry eyes from contacts - who will return again and again from now on :) P.s. Was told by old eye dr and staff they couldnt fit me with contacts that didnt feel dry in my eyes because my eyes got worse over the years that they didnt make them at that power I needed

I knew that Clearview was the right place to be from the moment I became a patient there, over 10 years ago! Dr. Paveglio couldnt be more congenial, or more eye-knowledgeable! Not to mention, the staff has always been great to me throughout the years! Dr. Paveglio, via her long-time association with Dr. Rahmani, is also greatly responsible for my LASIK IntraLase surgery, which immensely changed my life (and vision) for the better! 9 years and counting...!!! A satisfied customer!!

My daughter and I had excellent service at Clearview Eyecare. All of the employees were VERY friendly and honest. They were extremely helpful with going over what was, and was not covered by my insurance, and explaining different ways we could go about getting the most for what was and was not covered. We left with smiles on our faces, and will be back to this place for sure!!! WE WERE VERY SATISFIED!

I was early for my appointment by 45 minutes or so, and I was taken by 20 minutes before my actual appointment. The staff was courteous and friendly and the technician and doctor explained everything to me, which I have never had done before. The time the doctor spent with me was well beyond what I normally have spent with an eye doctor. I am so glad I switched.

Dr Paveglios office staff will do whatever is necessary to up sell more expensive frames. I have taken my family to see her for several years. Her staff blatantly lied about the warranty of the frames that I purchased and will not back up their word. It just isnt worth going to see her office. There are plenty of other great Optometrists in the area.
