I have been a patient for a number of years. I am now on my 3rd doctor and I am getting too old to trade doctors every 2 years. They have a tremendous turnover with doctors which I find concerning. Also I have high blood pressure and take medication for it daily, on my last visit which was soley for the purpose of getting a 6-9 month refill, the refill was never sent to the pharmacy until I called and the prescription was written for (1) month. So now what? Am I supposed to pay a copay and visit every month for the rest of my life for my medicine? I am done with them. I am currently looking for another doctor.

Dr. Larkin is great, but his staff is horrible. My infant son not only failed to receive shots, he was also given unnecessary vaccinations. As a new parent, this was very concerning and upsetting. No apology or explanation of the mishap was given by the staff--who was responsible for administering the shots. When we raised our concerns we were brushed off and told "it was no big deal". When we asked to speak to Dr. Larkin personally, we were repeatedly told he was not in the office. Initially my husband and I liked Dr. Larkin very much, but ill-equipped support staff is a poor reflection on him as well.

I have been going to this practice since I was 7 yrs old- now 23 I am completely dissatisfied with this practice. It is like pulling teeth to get a prescription refilled. They have unknowingly changed my provider multiple times. Each visit that I have in the office I am waiting well past my appointment time. When trying to speak to the office staff on the phone you get the run around. I understand things happen in the medical field and not everything goes as planned, but it is just unacceptable. I highly recommend that you choose a different practice. I certainly will be switching mine.

I see many negative reviews here but for me personally I have not had any problems with this office whatsoever, and Dr. Larkin is a wonderful doctor. If I need a refill until my next appointment he is right on it. And the staff has always been friendly to me. I am sorry the other posters have had bad experiences.

Terrible!!!! they dont return phone calls to the client or the pharmacy, my prescription ran out and was denied for refill in January and here it is March and now they want to do a follow up check up?!?!?!?! I will be finding a new doctors office to go to!!! Ridiculous!!!!

Customer service here is horrible. No need to go into detail...call for yourself to experience the lack of social skills. The only reason I go to this office is because of the location.. Im going to take my business elsewhere!

Really great doctor, but the office obviously has more patients than it can handle. My prescriptions are constantly getting screwed up, and everytime I call to try and get it fixed Im on hold for at least 20 minutes.
