Horrible place. I absolutely hate it. Front office staff/appointment staff were rude, very unprofessional and even HUNG UP in my face. The doctor rescheduled my daughters appointment 3 times in one day, Im sorry I HAVE TO WORK and work around you which Im sure you could care less about. The office staff was even rude to my mother who had to take my daughter to a previous appointment because again I have to work and the doctor told my mother to apologize to the staff woman who was rude to my mother. Really! You obviously need a reality check and got one from me at my LAST appointment with you guys. I tried to give you all the benefit of the doubt. Mistake. I requested for all my daughters medical records and I will be switching doctors and going above this practice to whomever to discuss this matter. You guys are terrible and I hope every doctor, nurse and office staff read this.

Very unprofessional staff to start with. This was my experience: I had an appointment on Feb 19, 2015 10am. Called at 9:30am to let them know that I might be a little late for it because of traffic. I was told that appointment starts at 10:15am I will be fine I will make it by 10:30am. I reached there by 10:12; Receptionist told me that my appointment is not until March 5th. Not only that she was very rude and arrogant for no reason. She was acting all surprised that I called like 40mins ago. Just to make sure I crosschecked the phone number with her and it was the same. I am even sure she was the same person I spoke to over the phone. Overall, very upset about the whole situation and the way they treat there clients.

When visiting ENT LTD the entire office staff is friendly, very informative, and truthful. The office is clean, has great lighting, and a comfortable setting. Our son sees Dr. Hood and he is awesome! He preformed a surgery on our son, which he was really nervous about, the minute Dr. Hood walked into the room, he brightened up, relaxed and smiled! Dr. Hood explained everything to us to the point that we really had no questions. He made us as parents very comfortable and pleased with his service. If you need a pediatric ENT, hes your man! Thanks Dr. Hood!

I called and made an appointment, when I showed up at the time of the appointment that was made I was told that no appointment was on file. So I scheduled another appointment another week out, that was as soon as I could get one (in the mean time I had bad ear pain). I decided to not wait any longer to see one of their doctors. I got immediate service from another provider. The following day I received a phone call from LTD. saying I missed my appointment. No one seems to know what is going on!! I would not recommend this place for any type of care.

My dad had an appointment at 10:30 this morning. He showed up at 10:15 so he was more than on time for his appointment. He did not get called back to be seen until 12:00, 1 1/2 HOURS after his scheduled appointment!! That is ridiculous and unacceptable to have to wait that long to be seen. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait that long?! They should not even bill him for his visit today! Very disappointed!!

I called for an appointment and since I was a new patient they couldnt schedule me for 5 weeks. They have 3 locations and 6 doctors, could they really not fit in a new patient?
